simply cooling citrus
Although the citrus component to this scent is listed above as "grapefruit," the cedrat (also citron or etrog) is actually a separate fruit that is closer in smell to the lemon than the grapefruit. In this scent, I perceive it as lemon.
This is a lovely, simple, cool scent that is entirely linear (not surprising for a cologne). It's lemony with hints of mint and basil, with some similarity to pre-reformulation Eau d'Hadrien (which uses cypress as the foil rather than basil). (The cypress is less noticeable in the reformulated Eau d'Hadrien.) It has good lasting power for a cologne, being still quite noticeable after three hours.
