"... a wondrous, tremendous melody ..."
"Just looked at the pyramid; it makes me dizzy." This is how Gelis comments on my statement.
That's understandable; after all, the pyramid is as rich as it is noble.
In this, the Roja fragrance creations are reminiscent of those of Annette Neuffer; she also draws from the full in the variety of her fragrances.
And yet "Roja Dove Haute-Parfumerie" shows once again that not one of the valuable ingredients is superfluous.
Joins yet each fragrance note so harmoniously to the others, that from the first bar to the finale, an extremely charming composition is created.
Surprisingly, this time not with a large orchestra: this Roja fragrance clearly walks in the footsteps of romanticism! Not without reason I helped myself in the heading to the "Loreley song".
It recalls words of Heinrich Heine, Clemens von Brentano, as well as sounds of Franz Schubert, Robert and Clara Schumann and many others of this era.
All of them were in search of the "Blue Flower of Romanticism"!
(Years ago, in the Victoria Regia House of our Botanical Garden, I saw a blue floating flower on a long stem. It stood in a corner of the water basin and a hand-lettered sign revealed its name: "Blue Flower of Romance"!
Let's believe it - it would be too beautiful!)
After an aldehyde-rich fragrance explosion through the many fruity-fresh and colorful fruits of the Hesperides - what was all gathered here -, this fragrance creation takes us again to the flower fields of Grasse. Why roam into the exotic distance?
Not without picking on the way, of course, again the almost typical for this brand juicy ripe peaches in their velvety plump skin.
Not only the cheerful, never-ending lily of the valley, also the equally white and aromatic blooming jasmine with its golden-yellow faces, was invited again.
The dark purple beauty of vanilla-scented heliotrope and perky violet may join this fragrance composition.
A bit more tart, darker becomes this summery bouquet of flowers by the addition of the ever-so-slightly crumpled cistus spice and the strong-aromatic smelling rose geranium.
Through these two breathes this until here yet quite delicate bouquet additional depth.
For the so powerful sounding fragrance finale was truly spared nothing: spices such as coriander, pepper and hot-blooded ginger meet rich moist mossy tones.
This fragrance tone sequence corresponds excellently with the two earthy journeymen: Patchouli and Vertiver remind us of the fertility of the soil on which everything grows and thrives.
Exotic woods and oils may not be missing here, of course.
They alternate with the spicy-smoky resins such as benzoin, incense and labdanum, whose veils of fragrance hover around everything so far.
These, somewhat stronger fragrance tones are softened by the sensual warmth and creamy sweetness of vanilla and tonka bean; tolu balsam also has a wonderful influence on the scent.
Finally, iris and musk wrap the entire work of art in a generously soft powdery blanket.
On this rolled up the as always not quite clean, slightly smelly civet cat and provides in conclusion for a certain animalism.
With all the romance: a bit of erotic tingling must already be!
Too well-behaved would be boring!
In "Roja Dove Haute-Parfumerie", the many different fragrance tones are skillfully tuned to a great symphony of romance!
In the harmoniously increasing flow of fragrances - from radiant fruity citrus freshness to the predatory cat-animalic - all strings are bowed full-toned and thus form an extraordinary fragrance sound body.
Surprisingly quiet for a Roja composition and yet provided with the well-known signature.
Long-lasting fragrance luxury is offered here again and invites you to enjoy!
On this enchanting fragrance and sound journey I may go through the bottling of Azura.
I thank you and fully savor every scent-intensive moment!
Who does not like to float on the wings of romance?
