mysterious and protective
"Mysterious Orient"
"soOud": the very name of this company is mysterious. There are two interpretations.
Presumably, it goes back to the Arab dynasty of the Sauds, which has ruled the Arabian Peninsula since the 18th century.
Alternatively, this name could be a reference to the oriental incense wood oud, to which this brand is fully dedicated.
The only thing that is certain is that these fragrances were created by French perfumer and scent magician Stéphane Humbert Lucas in collaboration with an Italian company.
This probably also explains the magic, to which I am downright addicted, since I "Fatena Eau Fine" Eau de Parfum was allowed to get to know.
"The allure of one of the world's most revered gems, which symbolizes five virtues in the Middle East: Kindness, Sense of Justice, Intelligence, Courage and Purity."
This statement accompanying the fragrance points to Stéphane as the creator of this beauty; after all, he calls the Orient "my cradle land".
His dedication is evident in the fragrance creations alone that appear under his name.
He imbues them with much of his own personal philosophy.
"Beauty of the soul is always beauty beyond dogma." - Stéphane Humbert Lucas.
"soOud Jade Perfume Nectar is a fragrance that is always reinventing itself; it's in its very nature.
It was deliberately omitted a fragrance pyramid, because this creation consists only of very rare and unique, always varying ambergris.
So one batch never resembles the other and each has its own fragrance secret.
"soOud Jade Perfume Nectar" is thus also exceptional:
Precious, balsamic and smoky, at the same time resinous-spicy and powdery with light leather accords, this fragrance experience settles like a veil on my skin and envelops it for several hours.
In the process, a feeling of harmony and serenity spreads through me, attributed to the gemstone that gives this magical elixir its name.
An unobtrusive fragrance companion for all times of the day and year, whenever its protective and warming embrace is sought.
This equally fascinating as high-quality fragrance jewel in its dark blue shimmering, me of modern Arabia reminding flacon, moved today surprisingly with me.
As a generous fragrance gift from a Parfumista, who had already given me a bottling to test and so knows about my enchantment.
I am still quite touched and of course very, very grateful.
What a loving embrace among fragrance people at a time like this.
