The forest in spring dawn
The morning dawns,
i walk through the forest standing in a wet misty haze.
Branches pregnant with spring, full of budding leaves, tower far above the path.
Hazy it rises to the treetops, into the sky blue.
A scent of ethereal fragrances soothes the spirit.
The scent of pine needles lying beside, leaves decayed almost beyond recognition.
An ending that prepares for something new, gives life.
Old, almost powdering, wood is absorbed by the damp earth framed by young moss.
Into it mixes a delicate freshness,
A fragrance like the tart-green leaves and fine-sweet blossoms, of a distant mayweed growing and sprawling over the forest floor..

The interaction of the fragrance notes is really very authentic to the forest fragrance after.
With me, it becomes after about 3 hrs. skin close, but remains as a beautiful, distinct forest scent on my skin.
