My first sniff of Salted Green Mango was on paper, and the sharp salt note was prominent to the point of overwhelm. This was a cool April day and I was not inspired to test on skin right away.
A few months later, during the summer heat, I decided to revisit on skin and Wow I'm so glad I did. This fragrance does start with a with an almost crystalline blast of salt but that softens into a juicy but not sweet ever so slightly funky mango scent. I can sense the other notes working to round out the unripened fruit, and can pick out just a bit of the delightful chili note. As time goes on the blend becomes more harmonious, and you're left with a soft yet assertive juicy citrus floral.
