Oriental wood sauna

Woody, smoky but also sweet at the same time.
The many woods immediately come to the fore.
Because there are so many woods in the fragrance, they make up the main scent of the perfume.
A wonderful fragrance for going out but also for everyday wear.
The longevity is also excellent :)
I associate this fragrance with warmth and security.
I can only "warmly" recommend it :)

The sudden favor

When I tested the fragrance for the first time, I didn't realize how good this fragrance would become. First there are a few floral notes that are unisex and don't go in a feminine direction. After about 1 hour, woods and resin come in which are super soft and pleasant. The woody and resinous notes remain until the end, but after about 3 to 4 hours there are slight hints of rose and leather that harmonize very well with the woody notes. In my opinion, however, everyone should test the fragrance because I'm sure not everyone will like it.

a tiger queen who set her kingdom on fire

Tom Ford's Ébène Fumé with its incandescent glowing cacophony of sunset woods majesty, spider-pronged and prickly tines of moody-fiery black pepper, and the mystical ambiguity of palo santo’s piney/licorice/camphor vibe is a brazenly beautiful scent, perilously intense, and all-consuming. Smoky, regal, and fearsome, a tiger queen who set her kingdom on fire rather than see it fall, the incense burned on an altar of protection, invoking darksome saints with flaming swords. Desperate, dangerous prayers granted in gorgeous and terrible ways.

One hour in designer ashram

A few months ago I thought the fragrance is not for me, but today I give it another chance - also as the first review from me.

Before the spray still read the description of TF as a clue. Ahh, Interesting: mysticism, Palo Santo, rose, wood and leather.

The prelude: Very sweet, very pleasantly soft. Palo Santo has a great sandalwood character, edged in leather - very similar to Ombre Leather. After 2-3 minutes, the scent becomes more tart, woody, herbaceous - it seems to me there is also a certain incense component. Thus, a feeling of religious ceremony arises.

Somewhere I still have a piece of Palo Santo, find it, Kokel it on: Ohh, okay! That smells first much more tart, more severe and edgier. I leave the room, come back and clearly perceive the similarity to this TF.

Only - sorry real Palo Santo - the TF is more ingenious! Overall, yet much friendlier, more complex.

Here also comes so a typical TF luxury feeling with pure, probably it is the rose and sandalwood!

Now I ask myself: who or when should this fragrance be worn? I spontaneously no application scenario (everyday life, work, free time) for me. Even on ne yoga festival would be a number too heavy! For a date, no. I think the fragrance stands better to the betuchteren and aged people - maybe something for the opera or the theater.

After an hour, however, the sophisticated fun is over. To me, it seems like many other heavier fragrances: typical mix of patchouli, amber, sandalwood, musk (also similar to TF Ombre Leather, only the base note I like there much better).

Aaaber nevertheless: exciting prelude! An hour in the designer ashram were interesting and have liked.

If you are young and love this fragrance: Mega! Glad if you wear it and happen to walk past me in the city.

Sauna vibes in a bottle

I just have to say a few more words about this fragrance.
I came across this fragrance because I really liked the Groove Xcape, and the Ébène Fumé probably stands out from the former in terms of performance with a similar fragrance character.

I'm not really into resinous, woody fragrances. But here I was proved wrong.
You get a wonderful, harmonious, dark and woody sauna fragrance here. I can simply put it another way. This fragrance gives me a feeling of warmth and security. It's cold outside and sitting in front of the fireplace. The smell of this fragrance gives me that feeling.

The resinous and, above all, smoky notes just play so beautifully here. Just see for yourself.

This fragrance showed me that I can also like smoky and resinous notes.
If some of you also had problems with these fragrance notes, I recommend that you sniff and test this fragrance.

Performance is absolutely fine!
