Dear Perfume God!

I praise you because you are the master of all scents in the world, you are simply mega-awesome. But now I have to give you a good nudge!
How could you allow this fragrance to be discontinued?

You think, "Hey, don’t produce me, you little louse!"?
You think that in today’s time it’s no longer possible to create such a scent, but only a synthetic, piercing poison bomb?
You think that this fragrance pyramid is an incomplete joke and that besides bergamot, there’s at least deep dark Moroccan neroli in it, as well as balsamic myrtle from Morocco and a bit of petit grain clementine determining the top note?

You think that "floral notes" are an insult to this symphony orchestra of blossoms, like the temple flower frangipani, or real jasmine sambac or heavy champaca absolute, and not the dry magnolia water and various other enchanting exotic beauties?

You think that no one can use spices in such a way that all flowers are equally muddled, and we humans no longer know if ylang-ylang is a pepper pod and nutmeg is a rose?

You think that real precious sandalwood along with roots is no longer used, but only this fake imitation from rutaceae plants?

You think that the heavenly atlas cedar from Morocco, whose sprawling branches provide us with protection and security and lead us to strength from our own center, is now only replaced by gnarled pines from the north?

You think that bright clear frankincense resin, dark myrrh resin, and the holy styrax are far too precious for the philistines of the 21st century?

You think that you are hiding some ingredients from me because you won’t let me confront you sideways?

You think I’m an ungrateful rat because I can’t be satisfied with the little remainder in a sticky mini that the enchanting 'White Flower' gifted me, but I greedy pig must have the big original bottle and for that reason you condemn me to spend my days as a restless spirit in the www until the end?

Damn it!

Amen. But tell me: Why do I have to think of the (almost...) divine Cem from "Turkish for Beginners" right now...?

I hope that the lovely Flor still has a big bottle of it, so I can test the scent during our visit. Great that you finally gave that guy Mal a piece of your mind; it was long overdue! :)))
