Yasat where have you been all this time? Creamy, spicy treasure with a hint of caramel.
Sandalwood is very dominant and makes it look very neat. I am in 7th heaven!!!
For me, a rather feminine fragrance that reflects a self-confident woman who knows what she wants and doesn't let just anyone sniff her scent!!!
A fragrance that can be worn on a glamorous evening.
So this will definitely be bought again!!!

Widian handwriting yes, but the intern left an illegible note...

Yasat is a new release from Widian and was a little disappointing for me. Now the fragrance is supposed to catapult us into a serene oasis, on the island of Yasat in the middle of the azure waters of Abu Dhabi. I don't know, if Yasat is supposed to reflect that, I'd rather go to Lake Constance around the corner.

Let's get into it:

- At the beginning you get a nice freshness, initially I didn't have these typical blue vibes, but almost a fruity freshness. I don't know how this impression came about. The second time I smelled it, I could clearly perceive the bergamot and a specially incorporated, spicy cardamom. Yes, all right, but not at Widian level, sorry.

- This was followed by a nice warm depth of sandalwood and cedar, slightly earthy but gentle. However, this phase is very quickly replaced by caramel, which is really concise and sweet. The creamy sandalwood and the caramel make the whole thing feel fluffy, slightly sweet and woody. Absolutely not bad smelling, but not earth-shattering.

. Yes, then a little sweetness is added, as if there wasn't enough of it, namely with the vanilla. This has been lightly ambered and from then on, vanilla and caramel dance a lonely dance, sending all the other guests home.
- Longevity and sillage are average, not earth-shattering, a rather gentle fragrance that also suits the DNA. I would have liked more in parts, as the fragrance is already quite sweet, but that's the way it is.

Yes, of course, the fragrance is of a higher quality than many mainstream niche vanilla-caramel combinations, which are very popular at the moment. You can recognize the Widian signature, which is high quality, but here the pen was given to an apprentice or intern.

Not a must for me.
