From bubbling fruit

Hach yes.
What did I NOT like the Erba Pura.
But this one has such a subtle twist on the Erba Pura that I like it more than just fine.

Let's start with the opening.
The citrus notes are only supporting actors, on my skin immediately play the fruity notes the absolute skin role.
The cinnamon skillfully coats the melon and pear.
Apple I do not really smell.
We do not have to talk about the fact that this fragrance brings a certain degree of synthetics.
Fruit notes are known to be always synthetic.
But that bothers me little here.
As it progresses, it becomes a soft-sponge-esque bustle encased in a clearly perceptible cloud of musk, which brings with it an amazing sillage.
However, it has less sweetness than the Erba Pura, it goes in a smoother direction.
The base is typical of Xerjoff.
Lots of musk, lots of vanilla, slight hints of woods, but very well done.

As always, the dose makes the poison.
If you know Xerjoff, you know how Potent most fragrances are.
I find it partly very exhausting and also annoying how strong the fragrances are.
But with a little mind applied you have here a fruity sparkling cocktail that can be worn year-round by all and sundry.

Erba Pura in lighter? / More compatible? / Did it need you?

Hello to the round,

i would like to give you my impressions of the Erba Gold at a late hour.

Where do I start..., times what positive ( ;) ) to start always comes good. So the OVP, bottle, lid and sprayer are a smooth 10 out of 10 and who sees it "far" differently, I can not help! Yes maybe the color scheme, but that's relative and also a matter of taste and on the other hand it fits very well to the name ;) .

Now to the negative:

Is it lighter and more compatible = yes! However, not really much, the massive synthetic of the normal Erba Pura one notices still more than clearly (unfortunately). I get no matter whether at the Erba Pura or the Erba Gold the handkerchief Vibe's of which I no friend. Xerjoff is of the "HIGH QUALITY FACTOR" already noticeably better as bspw. Tiziana Terenzi with the Kirkè Extrait de Parfum ...

I say it gladly here again, if you like the is but everything great and honestly it pleases me if that is at the, but for me that's nix ...

Short answer = NO!

You are too similar to the normal Erba Pura and your price tag of 310€ (directly from XJ) I feel is already very sporty.

My opinion on this, if you have the normal Erba Pura and love, an upgrade or purchase of the Erba Gold is not worth it (if you want both I mean, for collectors yes ok, but as a user of the fragrance would save me the money and rather get another) .

The performance in terms of H/S is ever very good.

I feel the fragrance rather than under 35, then very suitable. Otherwise, it is as I like to say often, that you have to want ... ;) .

The Erba Pura for the office

I like the Erba Pura quite a lot.
However, with Erba Pura you have to think about when you want to wear it so as not to overwhelm other people too much.
Clubbing: yes
Coffee and cake with the parents: rather no.
That's where Erba Gold comes in.
Almost an Erba Pura for people over 30.
The sweetness has been very pleasantly reduced. A delicious melon comes through clearly to my nose. A very mature Erba Pura with great longevity and an unobtrusive sillage. Could also be worn in the office without any problems.
The bottle and packaging are very good.
There is also a Xerjoff scarf as a goody.

A full recommendation from me.

Erba hype II?

No! Much better ...
I recently discovered Xerjoff for myself, but I prefer the more "mature" classics. I can't really make friends with the younger squeaky ones à la Naxos and Accento. Not even with the Erba Pura. Over-sugared and flat synthetics, what's that supposed to be?
I set my expectations for Erba Gold correspondingly low. However:
Difference I - the fruit. While the artificial pear dominates for me in the Pura, here I get more mango and the legendary fruit salad (the one with "syrup" from the can).
Difference II - The longevity. The Pura is notorious (or celebrated) as a sillage monster. The gold, however, is quite decent and accompanies me in the background throughout the day. Good mediocrity.
Difference III - The fragrance. Pleasant sweetness and sugary fruitiness, but neither overly synthetic nor cardboardy and almost complex.
Conclusion: The significantly better Erba. For sweet and fruity fragrance lovers. A masterpiece and worth the price? Well...

THE BETTER ERBA PURA?

Do you know and love Erba Pura? Then this version is for you. Imagine the famous Erba Pura in a glass of sparkling champagne!
That's what immediately came to mind. It is very similar to the "original" but is still independent enough to have its own right. If you find the original a little too sweet and dominantly fruity, you will certainly like the golden one. It is more subtle and not as room-filling, and not as distinctive overall. An elegantly trimmed version. But why the extra charge? Durability is good but not a monster, more feminine like the original and just as appealing. There will hardly be people who find it bad, but it is not a new, super ingenious creation. It's nice and average, but it certainly won't achieve the cult status of the original.
