The old version was herbal-fresh and bitter, the new version (2015) is sweet, powdery, and floral, making it significantly more feminine.

That's true. I would have preferred the herbal-fresh lavender too, but for €6, this blind buy wasn't a fail after all; it's kind of charming in its own way :-)
