Bouquet Ambré Yves Rocher 2026

Because this one had one of the best ratings of all Yves Rocher fragrances, I immediately ordered it twice... Also because it was practically free in the last promotion when added to the cart.
You only had to order one more product and received the first one (including perfumes) completely free...
Whether I regret that now, I don't know yet...It doesn't quite win me over...For me, there's an off-note in it... It most reminds me, albeit very slightly, of sunbed&daydreams (twentysecondofmay)... Pear isn't listed here at all, but that could be the culprit

On the other hand, it is quite special and interesting, and not so overpowering that it becomes unpleasant...maybe some things simply need more time
But I would have liked it to knock my socks off immediately... Unfortunately, that didn't happen...It confuses me more with its unbalanced character

I do perceive incense, but not in the usual sense, you really have to focus on it to tease the note out... It blends too much with a bitter Aperol orange...maybe it is also this strange combination that overwhelms me and pulls me out of my comfort zone...Also more likely to belong to the oriental family...not a standard designer fragrance or an average scent...this is definitely a fragrance with great character and ego

It should also be mentioned...in my view, not a safe blind buy (you really have to like it/be able to handle it)...more of a signature scent...noticeable and medium-loud to loud... With long-lasting performance and good sillage...At least full marks here

Or pre-Christmas baking. I actually like orange in fragrances, but this is probably the combination of bitter orange and incense. Candied orange peel has fallen into Aperol, somehow it’s a bit piercing and bitter in the opening. I’m thinking of gloomy November days, candied orange peel, hot Aperol, scented candles, and a bit of incense. It could be exciting in the cold season, but I’m generally not a fan of that. The drydown is softer, with bitter orange still dominant and becoming spicy, oriental, interesting to test, but personally, it’s not a candidate for purchase.

I love scents with iris, and with this one, it was immediately clear to me that I needed it. Blind buy, the 3448619. (it will never stop). But... drumroll... I am thrilled with the scent!
My love for Yves Rocher started back when I was a teenager; who didn't love Noix de Coco Eau de Toilette or Pomme de Reinette? Nowadays, I prefer scents like Voile d'Ocre or Secrets d'Essences - Vanille Noire. It's really a shame that there are no more stores in Germany...

But let's get to the perfume. Simple, beautiful, and handy bottle. And this scent...
At first, I thought this scent would be more suitable for colder days. That's my first thought when I read incense. But here, it's only lightly present. I smell bitter orange most intensely here, but it's the blend that makes it. The scent reminds me of Signature Eau de Parfum, but not in a sweet fruity way, rather in a bitter way due to the bitter orange. Iris is subtly present and gives it a bit of a powdery finish. I also find that the scent has something of Roberto Cavalli (2012).
Creamy, floral, sweet, and yet slightly bitter. Really beautiful! It lifts your spirits and gives off spring vibes.
Sillage and longevity are great.
