Just waw!

First of all, I want to say thank you to Periyard perfumery for this magical discovery, and to Adar and Miguel Matos for this beautiful creation.

Alpha 11, beyond its very compelling storytelling, has an extraordinary scent, it was completely new to me, I had never smelled anything like it before.

It’s quite difficult to describe this perfume, but to put it simply: at first, you get a fruity note, I believe it’s banana with a hint of citrus, very bright and lively.

Then comes a floral heart, especially with jasmine and ylang-ylang, which add an exotic and soothing touch to the fragrance.

It then evolves into something woody, creamy, and vanilla-like.

Alpha 11 has become my current favorite fragrance, it’s been a long time since we’ve seen this level of creativity in the perfume world.

Bonus points for the handmade bottle, it’s very original and beautifully crafted.

Finally ....Olphactory Art as it should be ..this is something else

Alpha 11 from Adar Perfumes isn’t just a fragrance—it’s like stepping into a secret, moonlit world where every spritz tells a story. After hearing whispers about Adar’s ultra-niche approach, I can tell ...this scent lives up to the hype of being something extraordinary.
The opening is a wild ride. You get this vibrant burst of saffron, spicy and warm, mixed with an unexpected hit of banana that’s sweet, elegant ant by far not syrupy. The mint weaves in, adding a crisp, almost mischievous edge, like a cool breeze in a tropical garden. It’s bold and playful, grabbing your attention without being overwhelming. There’s also this “unnameable” note Adar hints at—hard to pin down, but it feels like a fleeting spark of intrigue that keeps you sniffing yourself . This is dangerous and may be dominant for others , its like a real entity . Very erotic , very present , extremely elegant ... ultra edgy and faceted .

As it evolves, the heart blooms with florals—ylang-ylang, tuberose, and jasmine come together in a creamy, slightly heady embrace. It’s sensual, almost dramatic, but never feels too heavy thanks to the earlier freshness. The florals give it a refined, almost vintage vibe, like you’re at some exclusive midnight banquet. The transition is smooth, and you can tell this is crafted with care.
The drydown is not ordinary . The base notes of tonka bean, I felt a sort of tobbaco tinctire , and civet create a smoky, animalic warmth that’s both grounding and magnetic... very magnetic . The tobacco isn’t too harsh—it’s more like a faint whiff of a luxurious cigar lounge, while the civet adds a subtle, primal depth. It lingers for a solid 12 hours on my skin. It does not have a moderate sillage ...so be careful with dosing ... On the organic fabric its a tatoo ...

What I love about Alpha 11 is how it feels like a journey. It’s not a one-note scent; it shifts and surprises, making you feel daring one moment and sophisticated the next. It’s versatile enough for a night out or a special occasion but has enough character to stand out in a casual setting. The setting , is a work of art —tactile and weighty, it’s like holding a piece of the earth and a bit of a galaxy .
That said, it’s not for everyone. The bold opening might catch some off guard, especially if you’re not into fruity , spicy notes and the erotic rich and elegant animalic . And because it’s so unique, it might not be your everyday grab-and-go fragrance. If you prefer safe, crowd-pleasing scents, this might feel too adventurous. Also, the price tag reflects its niche artistry, so it’s an investment.
All in all, Alpha 11 is a captivating experience for anyone who loves fragrances that tell a story. It’s bold, enigmatic, and unforgettable—perfect for those who want to wear something as daring as they are. If you’re curious about ultra niche perfumes and you are an art connoisseur , this is a must-try.

Finalmente qualcosa di nuovo nel mercato, la presentazione delle Fragranze Adar sono vere e proprie opere d’arte, ogni scatola ha un flacone unico, sono realizzati completamente a mano. Alpha 11 è una fragranza complessa che ha una continua evoluzione. Ha un’apertura luminosa, fruttata da cui spicca la banana stemperata dallo zafferano che lega perfettamente con un sensuale accordo rosa/tuberosa reso allo stesso tempo dolce e pungente da miele, vaniglia e una nota animale. Sul fondo la fragranza si va a scurire grazie al balsamo del Perù molto presente ed un tabacco di qualità eccelsa.
