bugatti Fashion
Fashion from the house of "Bugatti" may not be as fast as the noble cars of the same name, but they are just as aesthetic, luxurious, and noble.
The fashion label "Bugatti" was originally a pure ready-to-wear tailor shop for men's clothing, founded by Friedrich Wilhelm Brinkmann in 1947. Due to the high demand, the first location in Löhne was followed by a second branch in Bad Oeynhausen as early as 1950. The third location and current company headquarters were Herford in 1953. In the 1960s, some restructuring followed to enable the label to expand in Europe as well as internationally. Other companies were also purchased, which eventually led to the "Brinkmann Group".
In the 1970s, the label became more and more a global player, which is why Brinkmann was looking for a simple but noble name. They chose the name "Bugatti" because there was already a collection of men's coats with this name in the portfolio.
Since 1981, "Bugatti" has offered the complete outfit for men, focusing on sportswear. In the 1990s, the product range expanded to include shoes, underwear, socks, suits, hats, bedding, and many accessories.
Since 2011, women's fashion has also been part of Bugatti's offerings and introduced throughout Europe, and worldwide at first. Since 1999, the company has had an agreement with the car manufacturer "VW" because the latter holds the rights to the car brand of the same name. However, there are no further connections between "Bugatti" and the noble cars.
