Pink powder puff
I close my eyes and what I see is one of those pink hairy powder puffs for makeup. Super girly. Super clean. It reminds me a lot of Parfum de Marly's Delina Exclusif , although that brand has caught the image better in their marketing. The bottle being pink and all that. That one's marketed towards women anyway, this one's not.
Unsuspectingly I used my official sample to start the day. Office day. I was feeling lucky so I picked a sample from this brand that I hadn't already tried. Starts off a bit fruity and swiftly gets sweet and very very powdery. Cotton candy sweet and a little bit floral perhaps, like those really smelly pink roses. Nothing sharp, nothing too dry or too sweet though, it's all drawing within the lines.

I get nothing masculine out of this though. There should be notes of oakmoss, cardamom, patchouli, which should benefit the unisex character. In contrary to other reviews here on the site though, I percieve none of that whatsoever. This one definitely is feminine. The instagram photos even state that it's dedicated to the princess from Puccini's Turandot. But! I still found it a pleasure to wear! I'm not used to wearing ladies perfumes and if I didn't know I might have skipped this one even. Glad I didn't because I absolutely love it.

Performance I found very good. Just two sprays in the morning because I didn't know what to expect. I could smell it myself all day long, even next day it's still pretty strongly present on my shirt. It's not a powerhouse smoking out an entire room, it's just this nice clean fluffy pink bubble you're surrounded with all day.

Homogeneous Brilliance
Whenever a new Xerjoff is released, I always get a bit nervous. I simply love Xerjoff. The quality is always on point. Just like with the previous new releases!
At first, I was unsure about this one because of the green apple, tuberose, and caramel. Nevertheless, I signed up for a sharing and was once again very positively surprised.
The fragrance starts off spicy and herbal for the first few seconds. Then the actual scent development begins: a very fine sweetness emerges. Mature! Not like Escada, JPG, and the like. Really very pleasant. From this start, the fragrance also simply feels cheerful. Very subtle fruity notes come through, which I personally can't define more closely! Fortunately, the green apple (one of my arch-nemeses) is absent!

As it develops further, it becomes rounder. Especially the violet comes into its own! It feels candied and not as demanding as, for example, Guerlain's Insolence.
Cardamom rounds it all off and adds a certain depth. Perhaps it is the cardamom that makes the fragrance feel 'mature'.
I don't perceive the dreaded bubblegum tuberose and the toxic jasmine as individual notes! Presumably, everything is so beautifully intertwined that nothing disturbs or is too much.

The base consists of this sweet, fine caramel and patchouli. Both are gentle, not too much or too heavy. Simply balanced. A light floral touch in the background. Just beautiful.

I perceive the fragrance as 100% unisex. One could say: the sweetness makes it feminine and oak moss masculine. But don't get me wrong - unisex, still.
Levar del Sole is wonderfully balanced, homogeneous, and easy to wear.
A great new release.

Another great creation from Xerjoff
When I first smelled Levar del Sole on a test strip, I really didn't like the perfume at all and thought to myself, "What kind of stinker is this?"

Today, I finally tried it on my skin, and I have truly fallen in love with this wonderful scent. On my skin, it comes out beautifully and has completely changed from the initial cold impression.

For me, Levar del Sole mainly smells of orange, jasmine, musk, caramel, cardamom, and tonka. In the first 20-30 minutes, I also perceive bergamot, but it dissipates quite quickly. Far in the background, I also detect a clove, although this is not mentioned in the fragrance notes, but I can definitely sense it.

All in all, Levar del Sole is a beautiful blend that is almost perfect for the whole year.

After much consideration and testing, I recently bought the bottle, and I am very happy with my decision.

Take Your Time with This Fragrance…
Today, let's take a look at the new Casamorati Levar del sole. Upon spraying, citrus notes paired with honey-sweet rose scent form the welcoming committee. The rose scent here is fluffy light and comes with a somewhat fruity note rather than the often-used Grande Dame Rose, which many associate with soap. (For those who know a bit, it's not Bulgarian rose and not Damask rose scent). I don't know why I always smell a hint of chocolate; it’s probably just my own perception. I haven't read that anywhere else. But it's only very brief.
Then cardamom and sweet floral accords join in. It remains lightly fresh without citrus. It leans towards a male fragrance DNA that is quite appealing. Women also enjoy this DNA very much. Don't get me wrong, it's not Luna Rossa Black or "Le Mâle Le Parfum | Jean Paul Gaultier," but the cardamom note brings that slightly masculine velvety vibe that many women like in men's perfumes. The scent in the heart note is slightly masculine but is repeatedly broken through by the floral nuances.
Base is balsamic green sweet vanilla.
Take your time; the fragrance is not immediately understandable because the color of the bottle can be misleading.

Best regards, Your GlamNose

Ingredients sound attractive.....but
Basically no evil tongue here. ;-)

First of all, I want to mention that I find the brand sensational and I am a big fan and loyal buyer of Accento, Casamorati 1888, and Acqua Regia.

A few weeks ago, Quattro Pizzi was added - a summer dream (tip: layer this with Bergamotto di Calabria) Beware - arrest for sexiness. ;-)

Now to Levar del Sole....
The bottle looks top-notch as always, not to mention the packaging. The description appealed to me so much that I even wanted to take the plunge and buy it blind.

Good thing I refrained from that, because to put it bluntly, this specimen smells like a toilet block with Taft hairspray in strength 5.

I don't want to be that harsh, and I gave it another chance, but unfortunately, Levar del Sole did not resonate with me at all - even though I love many different fragrances.

Addictive, is the word I find to describe it. Fruity floral, ambery musk, molecular magic, smoothly blended, big big love

Sweet powderbomb that leans feminine. I love wearing it though. It’s very likeable.

Opens floral-sweet-spicy. The patchouli, benzoin & violet make for a prominently spicy dry-down. Not impressed with the on-skin blending.

Went in blind. Feels like an old-school, spiced amber floral medley. Speaking frankly, not for me or anyone I know.

Cloying rose, powdery, giving major old lady vibes, and not in a good way. Big no
