Oud for Beginners
This is a great fragrance for persons who are just starting to explore oud scents. This starts off with a bit of a plastic smelling rose but it mellows into a dry rose mixed with incense. These lay ontop of the oud note that has a little damp wood smell to it but its mixed with aromatic spice to keep it from smelling rotten. This is a fairly light scent for an oud perfume.
This fragrance lasted 6 hours on my skin. It had good projection where it lifted off the skin but did not choke out my coworkers. Its $205 for 50ml, so while this is a good scent to start exploring oud fragrances, the price point makes this really for people who know they love that type of scent.
