Lost in Vanillatopia Iggywoo 2026

This is an interesting one. The initial impression, for me, was actually soapy, but as it developed it became a light, airy and at times almost fresh vanilla. There's also a touch of...nuttiness?. It feels solar in a way, and doesn't have the heaviness that very gourmand vanillas do.

I wouldn't go so far to say this is unsweet; it is definitely sweet and sugary. I do vaguely detect the rose and grapefruit listed in the topnotes, but the whole thing together just gives a unique impression rather than feeling like an evolving composition. Deeper in the drydown, becomes a softly sweet skin scent. Beneath it all, I get an air of musty band-aid, which actually isn't always a problem for me :P

Edit: this is one of those scents I was meh on then found myself wanting to wear the sample constantly until I realized I actually really like it. It's perfect for summer.
