I actually found it lacking in tobacco. But of course, you have to differentiate between the types! There are many varieties of tobacco: sweet, vanilla-cherry, herb-aromatic, strong... This one leans a bit too much towards the sweet side of tobacco for my taste due to the more pronounced other notes. I prefer stronger, more bitter ones... still delicious! Nicely described!

@Seejungfrau Okay, I tested it again. You’re right. There’s definitely a dry tobacco aroma, and this time I noticed a cool note as well. Both balance out the sweetness better this time and made me appreciate it more. :)

For me, the tobacco is the focus. Strangely enough, I don't find the - natural - sweetness unpleasant. I'm 100% on board with strong/bitter/aromatic/refined. :-) The core is soft.

When I first tested Sunset in Havana, I was blown away.
The most authentic, high-quality tobacco I've ever had under my nose.
Distance and closeness harmonize in an incredibly balanced, rounded blend.
Nothing is overdone here. Neither fruit, nor rum, nor sweetness.
On the contrary: elegance meets sunset.
The thread is perfect.
A cocktail sparkles.
The balanced, herbal-fruity notes remind me of a relaxed evening in a piano bar. Resin inclusions glow. I even dripped a bit on a light bulb. :-)

There are only a few really good, meaning naturally scented tobacco fragrances (excluding shisha numbers). This one is very special, skillfully extended by the resinous base. I don't find it that "sweet" in the nose either, more - as you put it - "strong and bitter." Glad you like it!
