The Angels' Share from the drugstore
Finally an Angels' Share Eau de Parfum alternative that doesn't smell like Khamrah.
I tested them all, the Khamrah , the Sharaf Blend , the Sweet Heaven Extreme , the Revival , the Jumrah etc but none of these fragrances smelled like Angels' Share.
I found what I was looking for in the drugstore of all places.

I tested the new Le Mâle Elixir Absolu at Müller, had a bit of time on my hands and took a look at what else was new.
The Lou de Pre brand caught my eye at some point, I'd never heard of it before.
Nevertheless, I tested them one by one and knew immediately what each fragrance "wanted" to clone.
Some of it was rather poorly cloned, but for the price of €14.95 you can't expect much.
The last one I tested that day was the Mystic Dream sprayed briefly on a test strip, knew immediately ok that's Lost Cherry and disposed of the strip straight away.
Opened Parfumo to see how well it performs and read that it's a dupe for Angels' Share Eau de Parfum.
I thought to myself never is that AS.
Sprayed it on a new strip and once on the skin, sat down in the mall and tested it a little longer.

The opening smelled like a delicious cherry, at least to me.
It's probably because apple, cognac and orange smell like boozy cherry to me.

There is something subtly marzipan-like in the DD.
When you think of cherry and marzipan, you usually think of Lost Cherry, who would think that there is a dupe in the drugstore that dares to try AS?
But the longer I smelled the test strip, the more it smelled like AS.
Inferior in quality, of course, and not 1:1, but much closer than Khamrah and co.
If Khamrah is 10% similar to AS, then Mystic Dream is perhaps 60-70%.
A little fruitier, a little lighter, not as spicy, but you can definitely smell the AS DNA.

Boozy "cherry", some baked apple that doesn't really smell authentic, brown sugar and sweet spice make Mystic Dream the best drugstore scent I've personally ever smelled and one of the better Angels' Share alternatives I've come across.

Definitely unisex, definitely delicious, definitely worth a test or even a blind buy! A sweet fragrance that is just perfect for the season.

I can't and don't want to comment on the performance, as I didn't really have the fragrance on my skin for long, I washed myself straight away at home.
But there are plenty of other reviews here where you can read the opinions on performance.

It's cold outside...
... snowy day. We took apples out of the cellar. We stuffed them with cinnamon, cocoa and sugar, put them in a fireproof dish, sprinkled them with sugar and then put them in the open fire in the fireplace. We soon get the scent of apple and burnt sugar in our noses. Next to it, the vanilla sauce is already waiting to be used. Simply delicious.

When you apply this fragrance, the first thing you get is an almost natural baked apple vibe. This is then framed by the alcoholic accord of cognac and the citrusy notes of orange. Then there is cinnamon, cocoa and some very light tobacco. The chocolate of the praline and the tonka bean make it even sweeter. This is then mixed with something woody. The fragrance becomes increasingly creamy. It comes very close to the original Angels' Share by Kilian. Really a well-made copy.

The durability and silage are good.

This is a nice sweet fruity unisex fragrance that is good to wear from the age of 20. It cuts a fine figure in spring, fall and winter on cold days. It can be worn discreetly during the day at university, in the office, at a meal or while shopping, as well as in the evening at a concert, a dinner, a date or simply in the club.

If you like a fruity apple, burnt sugar with cognac with spicy and woody accords, you are in good hands here for little money.

Baked apple? Or rather an apple strudel?
Before I write about the Mystic Dream, I would like to express my thanks to Miki Monumental. I came across this wonderful drugstore fragrance through a YouTube video on his channel "Pleite Wegen Düfte" and can't take my nose off it. I would like to link the video below, but the guidelines on Parfumo do not allow this.

The Angels' Share Eau de Parfum is one of the best and most unique fragrances I have ever tested. The warm, cozy DNA and the baked apple note are the main players in this breaker for me.

There are many opinions online about Khamrah and that it is an alternative or dupe to Angels' Share. For my part, I have the Khamrah Qahwa in my collection, which is supposed to have the same basic structure as the Khamrah with a coffee note.
In my opinion, however, both fragrances play their own game when compared with the "original".

Now the Mystic Dream from Müller steps into the limelight. It has what the Khamrah and its brother with coffee lack from the ground up: the (roasted) apple note.
The fragrance from the drugstore starts with a nice warm apple, which reminds me more of an apple strudel/cake than a baked apple. Cognac is also added to the top note, which comes through really well. The whole thing is accompanied by notes of sugar, cinnamon and cocoa, which make the fragrance really delicious. Everything is rounded off with praline and vanilla. Tobacco, tonka bean and woods are also listed as fragrance notes, but these cannot really be detected by my nose. Overall, everything forms a beautiful harmony with each other.

The longevity is phenomenal and easily lasts 8 hours on my skin. The sillage - room-filling. The fragrance has a strong presence.

It's a bit of a shame that I was able to get this Cheapie so late at Müller. It is a winter gourmand pure and simple. I'm looking forward to it as soon as it's Christmastime again and you can snuggle up with this great perfume. So far, this is the best Angels' Share alternative that I have been able to test to date. In my opinion, Mystic Dream has a place in every collection, especially for people who like to smell delicious (and fortunately for a small price).

Wonderful, inexpensive alternative
This is the first fragrance I have tested from the brand. I became aware of the fragrance through the reviews here on the site. So thank you, once again, to all of you for making so much effort here!

I went in without any great expectations because the price is just so low. I was absolutely convinced! The fragrance is really great! It radiates incredibly well and lasts and lasts.

In comparison to Angels' Share Eau de Parfum, it is ahead for me because of the price. It doesn't quite come close, of course, because Angels' Share is simply great, but it can keep up really damn well! And compared to Khamrah, I think Mystic Dream is much better!
So if you are looking for a dupe to Angels' Share Eau de Parfum, I could recommend this one. Of course, this one doesn't come close to Angels' Share Eau de Parfum either, but for the price it's a really good alternative.

With Mystic Dream you can perceive a nice orange note. Especially in the opening. But I really like that! Really a beautiful fragrance. Well done and definitely worth trying for the price!

Lou de who?
When my wife and I discovered the display with the fragrances, we agreed that this was a diamond in the rough and that they are rarely available in drugstores. Baked apple in a bottle and the best of the bunch for us at the moment. Hopefully there will be more in the future. LLC has clearly raised the bar after One Avenue.

It must have a hitch. Surely the H/S, we thought. Far from it!!! The H/S is second to none for this price. it easily lasts 8 hours and radiates 1 meter almost continuously. I rate the durability of my fragrances as follows: 1 hour = 1 durability. The bottle is also very high quality with a slight point deduction because of the sprayer.

Conclusion: Clear purchase recommendation and better access quickly. You never know if they will change the price or the intensity. I will certainly borrow it from my wife one day ;).
