Pineapple cocktail

An ultra musky and freshly aldehydic pineapple cocktail! Has a warmer earthy sweet dry down but is through and through freshly squeezed pineapple with a hint of booze. The almond isn’t super prevalent throughout but the amaretto is distinctly boozy just not in a sweet almond sort of way. A lovely tropical treat for hotter weather.
