Between Summer Cheer and Candy Store
I bought Cocktail Maracuja because I was in the mood for a fruity, summery scent - and the name sounded promising. Unfortunately, the fragrance didn't quite convince me.
The first impression is extremely sweet and very artificial. The passion fruit note is there, but more like in a candy or lemonade - not like real fruit. Along with that, there's a mix of berries and citrus that reminded me more of a sweet shower gel than a high-quality perfume.
Over time, the scent becomes spicier and a bit creamier - I perceive spices like cinnamon and maybe cardamom, which makes it more interesting. But somehow, this artificial sweetness remains in the foreground and lays like a film over everything.
What you have to give it credit for: The longevity is really strong, almost too strong for a scent that you don't fully love. I could still smell it on my skin and clothes hours later - which was more of a disadvantage in this case.

Cocktail Maracuja is not a bad scent, but it's just not for me. Too loud, too sweet, too artificial. Those who enjoy prominent fruity fragrances and have no problem with synthetic sweetness might like it. Personally, I would have wished for a bit more naturalness and freshness.
