Luvani pernoire 2026

I was really excited for this release as tuberose + incense + hazelnut leaf sounded more than lush and opulent, I was imagining it would be a nocturnal, darker, rounder scent for fall.

Was really surprised - it is a very diffusive, creamy and fresh scent, actually lots of freshness in the dry down especially. Heavy dose of ambro-molecules in here that sometimes bother me - it appears all of a sudden from time to time, quite sharp as well. Not amberwoods but something iso-e super/ambroxan/ambergris related. Hence why the scent radiates for days.

Think of freesia/magnolia creaminess, fresh white incense (does not smell smoky/heat'y) and a bit of a crunch in a texture from the vanilla/woodiness.

Sometimes I really like it, sometimes it bothers me, sometimes it smells too creamy and smooth, sometimes I get something more interesting and a tad more sparkling from that white rose in the base.

If you love Vanilla Powder, you won't have a problem with it but I sprayed my scarf 6 days ago with Luvani and till this day it smells like creamy white floral erba pura of some sort.

I wish it had more of that gorgeous white incense and more deeper florals and less ambro things going on.

14:30 - The sample arrives. In a box large enough for twelve packs of butter. First warning. I ignore it.

14:35 - Mistake number two: sprayed on skin. Mistake number one was ordering it.

14:36 - Nice. Sunscreen. Tropical flowers.
14:37 - The flowers become more artificial. Measurably more artificial. As if someone had put plastic frangipani in ethanol and declared the result a perfume.

14:38 - Ambrocenide. There it is.

14:39 - Nothing but Ambrocenide now. And hairspray. No perfume anymore, just carrier material for two molecules that have decided to stay. Forever.

14:39.5 - Soap. Micellar water. Cleansing oil. In that order. The hand still smells.

14:50 - Room ventilated. Kissed wife. Touched dog bed. Contamination route: complete.

15:45 - Out of the bathroom after the shower. The entire floor smells of Ambrocenide. My wife is pale. The new, innocent, freshly delivered, never-before-used dog bed smells like a chemical accident. Candle lit. Clothes in the washing machine. Windows open.

The dog looks at his bed. Looks at me. Looks at the bed again.
I understand him. I would hold myself accountable for the environmental pollution.
The only perfume I have ever worn that has spread across an entire floor, a pet, and a marriage. Ambrocenide at this concentration is not a fragrance note. It is assault.

Luvani is a floral and creamy fragrance.
It opens with white flowers and a tuberose that isn't overly cloyingly sweet.
Some woody notes mingle with the floral notes, giving the fragrance some depth.
As it develops, the tuberose and white flowers become increasingly expressive, giving it a slightly heady quality, but only very minimally.
A fragrance that comes across as sensual and more feminine.
It gives me very subtle vibes of Power Self, only sweeter.
For people who find white flowers very beautiful in fragrances, along with that slightly heady quality. Great release!

A perfume that says: „I have arrived.“ It starts with a fresh, floral note and stays that way forever … The scent cloud and intensity remain the same … In the drydown, it becomes milder, but only a little … It becomes cozier. Not quite as intrusive. At first and also over the next few hours, I couldn’t smell the incense, but the next day it was clearly noticeable. It was somehow a skin scent. Overall, a good perfume !

I actually love Pernoire and was really excited when I saw this fragrance, because I really like incense and tuberose. The bottle is also beautiful. Unfortunately, the fragrance is simply not for me at all. To me, it smells extremely synthetic, the tuberose is very piercing, and on top of that there is this sweet, smoky note - it immediately gives me a headache.

The longevity is also more of a disadvantage for me: The fragrance seems to last forever and is very difficult to wash off
