sabbath & cream
The best I've tried so far from the uniquely bold selection of the brand; this fragrance goes all-in in the sinister-autumnal mood, and I'm here for it.
The "overture" is a smoke & booze bomb, it Immediately evokes the thought of sitting in front of a huge bonfire, drinking liquor - and maybe, also something salacious going on, thanks to the animalic and leathery undertones. The sweetness only arrives in the drydown: very close to the skin, underneath of all this darkness, hides something creamy and edible.
As funny as it may sound, a weirdly specific scene came to my mind; at 4am, while this whole satanic ritual comes to an end, a bakery on the other side of the road starts turning the ovens on, creating the most paradoxical cross-fade effect.
Amazing scent experience and surprisingly wearable - if you dare.
