Forever ... and You!

Per Sempre, in German "für immer," is clearly categorized as a "rose fragrance" for me. It may not last all the time, but it does last relatively long, and for this reason, I add "and You" with a beaten (rain) bow to Rio Reiser* - it can be worn well by both ladies and gentlemen.

At first glance at the pyramid, one might fear, especially when seeing the ingredients vanilla and strawberry, that one is facing a kitschy girl’s scent. Admittedly, a minimal trace of strawberry comes through, but it hardly makes an impact. And the vanilla forms a gentle, almost creamy base with the musk, which is justified.

In between, there’s a decent amount of rose, geranium, and saffron - all excellently blended and balanced. At times, one might even think that a tiny bit of oud is peeking around the corner. Then "Per Sempre" evokes memories of "Santal Royal" for a few seconds, although quite a few rose fragrances with a dark core can do that nowadays.

Overall, a beautiful noble Eau de Parfum with floral-woody-oriental characteristics, wearable by all genders, as long as one does not have an aversion to roses. The blue bottle might be confusing, but it reminds me of the blue moon that Rio Reiser is ready to fetch in the song "Für immer und Dich." Fits!

*"Für immer und Dich" by Rio Reiser / for those who don’t know it: perhaps one of the most beautiful German love songs

I like the music of Rio Reiser. But I've come to realize that rose with saffron or oud can be quite pleasant, but it won't really excite me.

Yes, a great song. Sounds like a very solid rose-saffron scent. Nicely presented as always.

Actually, I really like rose scents, and in that sense, the fragrance you described appeals to me as well, especially the comparison to Santal Royal. The song and Rio Reiser are definitely a treasure on their own!

The song is great, no question about it! (Like several others by Rio Reiser ;-))
I usually prefer rose to be fresh, but this one could be really nice too.

Rose-Saffron-Oud isn't really my thing either. I think I can skip that one.

The song is beyond any doubt, but I'm not so sure about the scent. With Rose-Saffron-Oud, I'm definitely starting to feel some fatigue ;-)

The song touches the heart. I wonder if the scent can do the same... even though it sounds lovely.

It seems to lean quite a bit towards the Arabic side, as far as I can tell. I like that. The song, by the way, too!

Very beautifully described! Unfortunately, I have an aversion to roses, but I love Rio Reiser. Legend!
