Fattan pour homme vs. Terre D'Hermes. And the winner is...
To the prehistory - I got the "Terre d'Hermès (Eau de Toilette) | Hermès" from my wife years ago and found the really nice. Since the "Fattan pour Homme | Rasasi" is considered THE dupe par excellence, I would like to give you my impressions again as Ringfight.

Fragrance "Terre d'Hermès (Eau de Toilette) | Hermès" (7.5/10) vs. "Fattan pour Homme | Rasasi" (7/10):
The EDT opens with the gong with a targeted freshness kick of citrus and oranges and puts the Fattan arg. The Fattan hits with his *herbaceous-green* vetiver chin chop full on the twelve. It is quite impetuous at first, because quite chemical/syntehtic in the first round (opening). But that lays in the 3 and 4 fragrance round and then he begins to shine.

Overall, the Terre d'Hermes has the *fresher/moother* movement and easily dances out the challenger with his scent chords like Muhammed Ali against Frazier and gives him a left/right combo. The scent round clearly goes to the orange old master.

SILLAGE EDT (7/10) vs. Fattan (9/10):
The green giant puts the orange old master mighty, because its external effect is much stronger than the Terre. This point goes to the Fattan.

DURABILITY EDT (7/10) vs. Fattan (9/10):
The *Green* has a mega-condition with 10 hrs - clearly he is just many years younger than the champ, which is at about 6 hrs. But that is certainly due to chemical doping, because he has an abnormal power - somehow he reminds me of Hulk.

VERSATILITY EDT (8/10) vs. Fattan (6/10):
Precisely because the Terre projects less and has a more natural smell, it is also good to use in the office and also in the mild summer. The Fattan I see more for leisure or in the evening because of the power.

CONCLUSION...and the winner is:
As a referee, I rate the fight as a draw. For me, the Terre simply has the better scent technique and smells smoother than the massively doped Hulk. The scent is for me the main criterion in a perfume, followed by sillage (you want to be smelled) and then durability (you can re-spray yes).
Price / performance is at the Fattan for about 20 euros / 50ml a no-brainer and a really well made perfume. The main difference for me is the *green* interpretation, which somehow reminds me of the green meadows / forests of Ireland (fresh breeze from the coast in combination lush green meadows). The Terre reminds me more of dry earth in Spain combined with rain surrounded by orange groves. Both have their justification. Absolute purchase recommendation - but test before!

The drunk barista :-)
This fragrance is very hyped by many Youtubers. Why? Probably because the perfume with the coffee note is very unique and also a real Cheapie. But is it worth the hype? Here you get to know my view of things:

Fragrance: (6/10):
The fragrance I got me mainly because I like to drink coffee and also like the smell of roasted beans very much (as if you need in the perfumery as a break between the next fragrance sprint times again :-))
The coffee beans come out well, but the fragrance unfolds altogether too heavy for my taste in the direction of dull-sweet. The individual Kompomenten can be differentiated for me little d.h. the fragrance smells like a Zartibtter mocha mix Here I would have liked the cardamom stronger, which goes in a fresh, eucalyptically-spicy direction like a "CK One Shock for Him | Calvin Klein", only just without tobacco. Maybe a little pepper to it - perfect.

SILLAGE (6/10) / DURABILITY (7/10):
- The sillage is ok.
- The durability hälte good 6-7 hours on my skin.

VERSATILITY (6/10):
Fall / winter well wearable. Due to the sweetness and the coffee smell only limited use for the office.

CONCLUSION:
For me *not* Blindbuy - you should definitely sniff times sample. Generally interesting for all who are not averse to a sweetish, not too complex coffee scent. Price / performance in any case good!

Viking from battle or Rolex wearer?
Due to the price, I first got myself a bottling of this fragrance, in order to try it on *without danger*. And what can I say - the part has impressed me really.

Fragrance (8,5/10)
In the opening, the Winkinger starts a little overwhelming for me with a slightly (for me) stronger rose. The bergamot I do not perceive as strong, but very strong the peppermint paired with citrus freshness. It seems to me, as if all components must first calm down a little.

After about 20-30 minutes, all ingredients seem to have found your place in the orchestra and the fragrance seems altogether more harmonious, especially since the rose is also very withdrawn. Here and in the drydown unfolds the true Viking power - a brew like mead only without honey - but from floral freshness and later joins even slightly sweet sandalwood.

The feeling what reminds me of this fragrance is simply the beginning of spring. Here I imagine a blond Viking with long hair and a shirt half open on top, which returns home to the village after winning a battle and is admired by all. Simply brilliant!

SILLAGE (7/10):
Fits for a fresh scent.

HALTBARKEIT (6/10):
Perceptible on my skin for a long time about 5 hrs. Since all the ingredients smell very natural I take this gladly in purchase at the expense of Halbarkeit.

VERSATILITY (6/10):
BEST fragrance for spring and possibly early summer (my feeling). Think you can wear the also without hesitation in the office, because he does not touch by the freshness. Only and only the rose could be the first hour for colleagues more exhausting. Therefore, my tip - spray on early, wait 30 minutes and then share the delicious drydown with the seat neighbors :-)

MY RECOMMENDATION:
I recommend Viking by Creed to anyone who loves the feeling of spring when the flowers sprout, the birds chirp and the sun comes out again. This feeling gives me Viking like no other. In addition, I find this fragrance somehow luxurious (distinguished peppermint and rose), so I can imagine it on a Rolex wearer. I don't have one myself, but fragrance somehow smells like high society to me. No blind buy for people who do not like rose - for all others in any case times test.

What sensations do you have in the fragrance?

Herod vs. Pure Havane - and the winner is...
In search of a tobacco scent, I came across this *Herod* through some reviews. Similarly, I own a bottling of Pure Havane by Mugler, which is also considered THE tobacco scent par excellence. But who is the BEST now - Herod or Pure Havane? Here you will find out:

Fragrance Pure Havane (8/10) vs. Herod (8,5/10):
In the opening, the Herod starts off heavier with a woody, peppery note that comes from the pepperwood. The cinnamon I personally perceive only subliminally. The tobacco I also smell only slightly through.
The Pure Havane, on the other hand, starts off fresher and with a mixture of honey and herbaceous, mildly sweet honey scent. My nose also perceives a kind of cardamom ie spicy eucalyptus (but is not listed) and it smells a little like cherry (not listed).

After about 30-60 minutes, the Herod evolves and becomes much smoother and lighter - the scent is now fruity-floral for me. The Pure Havane, on the other hand, is also smoother, but remains linarer in the scent progression i.e. this is still herbaceous sweet tobacco-heavy.

In the drydown, the Herod shows its chivalrous strengths and the vanilla comes through very well. My nose picks up a cool blend of smooth tobacco and slightly sweet vanilla notes here.
The Cuban, on the other hand, remains very linear and stays true to itself towards the end.

Both have great tobacco notes, are in the opening a little getting used to (Herod a little bitter-heavy) and Havane (very Krauftig, strong), but they both play out your strengths in the drydown, whereby me here the Herod comes across more complex and has a nicer scent progression with the vanilla at the end. Fragrance winner is here for me the chivalrous Herod!

SILLAGE Pure Havane (8/10) vs. Herod (7/10):
Tested side by side, the Cuban has a slight edge especially in the opening, though the Herod also projects well. Not too much of either should be applied.

HALTBARKEIT Pure Havane (9/10) vs. Herod (9/10):
On my skin long hold both well perceptible so about 8 hrs.

VERSATILITY Pure Havane (5/10) vs. Herod (6,5/10)
Both fragrances I recommend because of the projection and durability rather in winter or cold autumn.
The Herod I would even wear in the office, as it is smoother and more defused by the vanilla than the spicy Cuban.

MY RECOMMENDATION:
So which is the best tobacco scent? If it's about the tobacco coming across most prominently and you want to feel like you're rolling a cigar right now - go with the Pure Havane. Anyone else looking for a more complex, pleasing scent that also includes tobacco - I'd rather advise the Herod. Despite the large price difference of Pure Havane (80 € / 100ml) to (200 € / 100ml) I personally can not establish a large difference in quality.

What do you think - what is the best tobacco fragrance for you?

P.S: Who is looking for the best price / performance tobacco fragrance - which can look at this review:

Terre D'Hermes EDT vs. EDP - and the winner is...
My wife gave me Terre D'Hermes for my birthday a few years ago. At first I could not do much with this for me complex fragrance. On the second sniff, however, I got to know and love the subtleties. Since a few years later a flanker in the form of a perfume "Terre d'Hermès (Parfum) | Hermès" has come out, I let these two opponents times for a sporty comparison in the ring. Let's get ready to rumble!

Fragrance EDT (7.5/10) vs. EDP (7.5/10):
The EDT opens with the gong with a targeted freshness kick of citrus and oranges and puts the EDP in the opening mercilessly. The EDP for its part strikes back mercilessly with an overall rounded, slightly sweeter course and distributes liver hooks and the EDT. In the drydown, both opponents are in the embrace. Tie.

SILLAGE EDT (7/10) vs. EDP (7/10):
Both opponents could work here more on your external impact, which is very equal and moderate. Both but also ideal for the office. Draw.

DURABILITY EDT (7/10) vs. EDP (7/10):
Although the EDP is significantly younger than the old master the EDT, it has no more condition on my skin. Draw.

CONCLUSION...and the winner is:
The Eau de Toilette (EDT). Why The challenging, younger EDP can indeed keep up in the field of fragrance, sillage and durability with the old master, but is also only equal. If there is a tie in points, the champion simply has a bonus with the judges, especially since it costs about 30% less. Buy the EDT!

P.S.: If you like this review halt, I would be very happy about a cup and / or a *helpful*!
