What is the connection between Opus-Arte from Swan Lake by P.I. Tchaikovsky and the new perfume Nexin by A. Tauer?
A fragile, windy cool to metallic cold citrus scent with iris roots in moss, with slightly spicy woods from No. 12 and aldehydes from the aromatic pentachord trio (Auburn, Verdant, White) on a musky aldehyde cloud. The perfume, released in honor of the brand's 18th anniversary, has the final number 9 (1+8), with the number 9 completing the 9-year life cycle in numerological terms. My bottle has the number 163 and this means 1 (1+6+3=10; 1+0=1 and the one is reinforced by zero). Nexin can be seen as the end or even the beginning of something new in Andy's work. Let's see which direction he will take. And what does Nexin smell like? As is Andy's habit when it comes to something significant. Nexin is something special - a delicate, austere, metallic cold, floral and striking scent all in one. What I appreciate about it is its difference to neutrality and its detachment from the distinctly sweet or distinctly fruity, earthy and airy creations of its two nine-year-old predecessors. When I look at the white bottle, the Opus Arte music from P.I. Tchaikovsky's ballet Swan Lake comes to mind. With every sniff, I associate this beautiful piece of music with Andy.

Dangerous sensuality and honey bath with oud,
I never thought I could bathe myself in an animalic honey bath of oud. The animalicness is accentuated in Ceylon by 2 types of oud and some nectar florals - the Indian one and the Malaysian one, the Malaysian one being sweet enough on its own and enhancing the sweetness. The nectar flowers include jasmine sambac, orange blossom and bergamote. The animalicness here reminds me of pure deer musk from Areej Le Dore's Russian Musk. The name Ceylon (the former name of Sri Lanka, among other things) comes from the name of the black tea species that also does its part here.... The masterfully blended nectar scents 0Å„similar to April Aromatics refine the fragrance and make it interesting, uniquely beautiful, very wearable and not at all fecal - says my nose. Surely not everyone likes animalic or oud scents and many fragrance fans wouldn't want to wear something like this. But those who are looking for olfactory notes and experience fragrances again, for example from ALD or Bortnikoff et al, should at least try this one. Ceylon is a true experiential treasure where there is no time for boredom or linearity. The longevity and sillage are par excellence. In the hot summer like this year (2021) at most 2 droplets prefer only ONE are quite sufficient. And what is actually dangerous about this fragrance? The addiction. I tested Ceylon only a few times from a small sample and and through my head ran immediately a message - Yes, I need this, no matter what it costs. The olfactory experience with Ceylon is all about giving yourself a crazy ritual bath in oud!

Love at the SECOND sight and Sniff - also with me
Fine, creamy, woody with fruity lavender and aldehydes. Round, smooth, no sharp edges, long lasting, soothing and pleasant without threatening the environment. One-A companion for day and night.

It's an Oriental after all
Completely unusual but beautiful and unique mixed lilac scent with cocoa powder, vanilla bean - which can be quiet heliotrope - in the main role. Lilac scent I like very much in nature and also as a perfume. Chocolate only in food, less so in fragrance. But in Lilac Love, both of these ingredients are dosed quite phenomenally with some precision. Finally I found a lilac scent with long development & durability of the light and dark lilac. Ultimately, LL is an oriental, where the floral tones such as lilac, iris, peony rose but also the oriental spirit are hidden, but trace but well recognizable and the lilac itself smells wonderful and long-lasting here.

A Haflinger with the cream gene
Furthermore an elegant leather royal. The fragrance starts with a very short greeting of bergamot, quickly it becomes creamy and smells of tangerine, ylang ylang and jasmine. Suddenly, birch wood emerges from the ride with a Haflinger (leisure horse) through the Bois de Boulogne forest. Traces of smoke are very, very little. Nevertheless, CdR in eau de parfum is a nice, easily wearable channeled fragrance and is worth a supplement to the extra
