I was on a long search for a beautiful natural scent. In fact, it reflects my essence much more than all the vanilla fragrances that I love so much.
Anyway, I really tested several fragrances. Often they were too masculine for me, or went in a strange direction, or had notes that simply didn't convince me in terms of the overall concept.

But this one is, in my opinion, truly wearable by women. I was so happy when I discovered this scent here.

I can't understand why this one scores relatively low at 6.8. It is really quite enchanting and has wonderful forest and green notes. In my opinion, it suits every season.

I will definitely get it at the next opportunity and I am really excited!

“Wow” was my first reaction when I smelled this fragrance on my wrist.
I find the scent even more beautiful in the drydown.
Unfortunately, I don’t have the comparison to Centaurus.
But I ordered Taureau de Combat here blind, because I’ve heard that Centaurus is supposed to be the big brother of Delphinus, which I love so much.

Taureau de Combat is spicier, stronger, and more present than Delphinus. But they go in a similar direction.
However, a comparison cannot be drawn, because for me, while they belong to the same fragrance family, they are still 2 different scents.

The Combat has a great sillage and longevity. I can smell cinnamon, but it’s not unpleasant for me here. I’ve experienced that with other fragrances before, but here the cinnamon fits wonderfully.
I can smell cardamom a bit at the beginning, but it settles down for me, which I find positive. The remaining notes come through and melt together into a wonderful scent!

I really find it suitable for women as well. For me, it’s an autumn/winter fragrance.

This is a scent that I really like a lot. Even while writing this, I keep smelling my wrist and am happy that it has found a place with me.

I was so curious about this fragrance! I read all the reviews here. I was firmly convinced that this scent MUST be perfect for me because:

Fresh laundry scents - I love them!!!

Fresh laundry scents are not for everyone. I've often heard: Who wants to smell like fresh laundry?! Well, I do! At least as long as the scent still smells like perfume and not like someone just poured laundry detergent all over themselves..

The combination should definitely be dreamy - I thought... But unfortunately, it's not my scent. It has something about it that I unfortunately do not like at all.
To me, it really doesn't smell like a high-quality fragrance. It smells like a cheap laundry detergent and has nothing luxurious about it.

As I said, even though I really like orange scents and clean scents.

But as you can see from the reviews here, tastes simply vary widely.
So definitely test before wanting to buy!

Beautiful dupe of "Grand Soir | Maison Francis Kurkdjian". I started a 1 to 1 comparison. On the left "Grand Soir | Maison Francis Kurkdjian" and on the right Soir. It comes very close. Really lovely!

I don't really perceive citrus here. This is a warm, soft, vanilla scent that is rounded off with woods and lavender.

Still, it's not 100 percent my taste, although both fragrances are really well made. If you like these scents, definitely give it a try!

By a roundabout way, I came across this fragrance and I am so glad that this scent showed me that there is another world of fragrances outside of Douglas and Co.

Those looking for a warm, cozy vanilla scent might be disappointed and yet pleasantly surprised!

This fragrance is wonderfully resinous/herbaceous, nestled on vanilla and tonka.
Not sweet. Not cozy. But special and extravagant. Noble and extraordinary.

Truly a wonderful fragrance that everyone should experience at least once! :-)
