Eau de Genny is neither refined nor complex nor particularly individual, but rather a rather simple and pleasing fragrance that is well suited for very hot days, because not everyone loves perfume and certainly not in hot weather.
Eau de Genny radiates with its flowery-fruity nuances summery Italian holiday feeling, but not Italian flair and certainly not - as a label name like Genny suggests - the elegance and refinement of the alta moda of Italy, but rather the memory of two or three weeks' holiday in Italy.
For a short time it captivates with its hints of summer, sun, sea, sun cream, citrus fruits and lush honeysuckle. On warm days it unfolds its full charm, but if it is cooler, synthetic notes are rather unpleasant.
Now my bottle is soon empty and my regret is limited: it was beautiful, but nothing more. A nice summer flirt, not a grande passione. Unfortunately it was not enough for me and Eau de Genny to have a lasting love relationship.
