Am I really flying through summer with this flamingo?
So. The hype is there, that much is clear. The performance is praised, that much is clear. But is it really "ONE OF THE BEST SUMMER FRAGRANCES OUT THERE"? Spoiler alert: Just kidding, I won’t spoil it, keep reading and leave some trophies. I received the fragrance at the beginning of May for my birthday and have now taken my time (six weeks) to really test it. Honestly, my very first thought after applying it was: "Wow, how nice, Mommy's hair conditioner. This smells as clean and well-groomed as Mommy when I hug her." Don’t ask me how I know what Mom's hair conditioner smells like. Sometimes you have to see where you stand when the 60-cent Balea shampoo runs out. Are there huge changes throughout the day? Any sweet or fresh developments here or there? Not really. The scent usually departs just as it greeted someone. Namely fresh and orangey. The orange note gives it a very strong recognizability. So you definitely don’t smell like the already known "freshly showered/freshly washed" scents. On Friday evening, I hugged about 15 people a little longer and more intimately due to a joyful occasion with my boys (yes, such things can happen to me too). More than half of the people (there were eight or nine) gave me almost the same compliment: Something like "Wow, you smell beautiful," "You smell very fresh and summery." I even caught some of them moving their noses closer to my neck and inhaling deeply and relaxed. There we are again with the relaxed and soothing "Mommy's fresh hair" feeling. Longevity well above average, I believe you can't get much more with summery notes. Sillage is the same. I hope I could convey the feeling of the orange flamingo a little. If you have the spare change, go for it. If you don’t treat yourself to a trophy, may your sleeves slip into the water while washing your hands. Best regards, TT7

As if I parked the Continental Flying Spur at the bar
I was out with my guys A, F, L, and W. We managed to squeeze into a crowded table at our favorite bar - a classic Friday night. It was full and tight. About 30 seconds after my first trip to the restroom, a brunette lady at our crowded table looked at me with a questioning grin. She waved her hand at her neck and just loud enough to drown out the music asked me: "What perfume are you wearing?" After my brief and modest reply of "Oh.. just a Bentley," she sat down next to me and explained that she had noticed my overall very masculine presence positively, as she finds such "spice bombs" very mature and attractive on men.
I replied (no longer modestly) "I just put it on, wait until you see how you’ll find me after the drydown."
The rest of the evening, you can surely imagine..
Do you think this story is true? I’m afraid I must disappoint you; I have neither friends nor has any woman ever approached me. BUT I imagine going out with this scent just like that. In the opening, there’s a lot of incense and spice, a new definition of masculine. As leather and wood elements blend in later, it creates a very noble, mature, and masculine overall presence. The scent smells much more luxurious than it actually costs, making the price-performance ratio out of this world. H/S well above average.
I hope I could take you on a cool ride in my Bentley :)

Someone is roasting me a Rouge..
My first day with Ruby is coming to an end, and now I sit here at the keyboard reflecting on the last 30 hours. The opening (I decided on three sprays today) was quite piercing, saffron took over my room, my nose, and my entire surroundings. I personally only noticed the almond and wood notes a good while later. With each passing hour, the almond and wood notes became more pronounced and, in my opinion, balanced out the very strong saffron, resulting in an almost perfect balance after a few hours. The sillage and longevity are out of this world, really. Now to the most important question: Similarity/parallel to Baccarat Rouge 540 Extrait: To get to the bottom of this question, I took a deep sniff of the BR 540 Extrait nine hours after applying the Al Haramain Ruby and came to the conclusion (subjectively): A match of at least 95 percent with indescribable sillage and longevity. The only difference: BR 540 is somewhat "more balanced" from the start, whereas Ruby has a slight (slightly piercing) saffron surplus to report. All in all: Another episode of the genius of Al Haramain.

Hey neighbor, do you have a bit of pepper and cinnamon for me?
The name says it all. The scent boldly presents everything it has to offer. Shortly after spraying, pepper clearly dominates. After enduring a few minutes, a perfectly dosed cinnamon note emerges, which lasts a very long time. From then on, you truly have a winter bomb for the rest of the day, guaranteed to draw attention as soon as you enter the room.
Thanks, neighbor, I’ll gladly come back to you next time.
