A bomb of darkness and animal power
I have really been impressed by its powerful performance and interesting evolution.
It is a dark and difficult smell at first, very vibrant due to the spices that in this case do not have a "herbal" smell but rather dirty and dark.
In the background there are animalic woods at all times, and 12-18 hours later it still retains that animal power.
The performance is tremendous in lasting although not so spectacular in silage.
Of course I would only recommend this to noses with a lot of experience in dark, dirty, animalic smells...strong ouds and that type of approach.
If you want to be a supreme master of the night (not in a party sense), intimidate everyone, this is a great perfume.
I would say that it is rather masculine, if you are a woman and you are able to dress in this, you will undoubtedly be the biggest exception and an interesting person that every man and woman would want to meet.

Sweet woody oud extract
Not balsamic!

If you know Bortnikoff creations, it's not like a Oud Loukoum, Mysterious Oud...etc

When I see the tobacco note, I have to say that I don't smell tobacco at all anywhere.
It seems logical to me because that is common in quality perfumes that include it.
Tobacco surely provides a "sweet" point to the composition without being noticeable over the rest.

This is a passionate, warm and smooth oud. Woody oud, not fecal or balsamic. Delicious.
For those who enjoy oud extracts, recommended.

You have to know that in these cases it always happens and nothing exceptional happens here: moderate or even poor performance.
Do not expect projection or sillage, do not expect duration on the skin beyond 4-6 hours, sticking the nose to the skin, of course.
If you enjoy pouring into your hand or arm and snorting that area every so often, it is wonderful.
As I use "social" for "dressing", of course, NO.

Dark synthetic like greeny oud
I expected a lot from this perfume, I have great respect for Manuel, in general.
For lovers and well-versed in high-end ouds, I wouldn't say they will like this perfume at all.
It has a fecal oud smell, not from a "stable" (outbuildings where there are horses, it smells like their skin, leather, hay, horse feces of course) but literally like feces fertilizer and only that. After a few hours it reduces that prominent start and is reminiscent of something more refined and less dirty.
It is a dirty and dark perfume, too synthetic for me. I don't know if it is or not, but it seems that way to me compared to other proven and prestigious oud houses.
At first it also has a prominent somewhat greeny-balsamic smell, so pungent that I think it is reminiscent of the synthetic aroma of floor cleaning detergent. Afterwards, this balsamic point is also reduced considerably.
At 3-4 hours is when it smells best. On skin it is durable, perhaps much longer than oud extracts from proven natural oud houses, which also invites me to think that it is synthetic.
What it has in common with natural ouds is that its silage/projection is absolutely low, although in this perfume less pronounced than in the purest and most natural ones I have smelled.

Citrus forest
Interesting fresh smell with a fougere green forest background.
I have felt a dawn in nature at first and then I have fled to hide inside a forest.
The opening has been vibrant, yes, although then it turns into a smell closer to a floor cleaner...extremely refined, of course.
What I liked the least is how low risk the composition was.
Yes, it has great quality, assembly and execution of an enormous level, but unfortunately it does not surprise me as much as other fragrances from this impressive house.
It is absolutely easy to wear for all types of occasions and times, on the other hand.

Retro darkness
It is a surprising perfume of which one imagines something different if you read the notes before smelling it.
It is a kind of dark fougere that would identify a Central European Renaissance vampire.
Although they smell different, it brought to mind an old well-known designer perfume such as Antaeus by Chanel.
It is very elegant and mysterious, dark and with a gloomy touch. There will be those who say that it is a retro, classic, old smell... and yes, it may be, but it has an interesting essence with a certain point of cleanliness and meatiness.
Unfortunately the performance is insufficient to be a true lord of the night, really is not enough to go beyond a fleeting appearance around midnight.
