Sounds familiar, but is unique and phenomenal
The scent reads like the typical mainstream fragrances that are currently being hyped.
"Naxos | XerJoff" with the tobacco and honey
and the anticipation of XXI: Art Deco - Blonde Amber with the dried fruits, the tobacco and the ambery feeling of wood, vanilla and wood

From the very first second, you can tell that the fragrance is not so pleasing. The fragrance is daring. The fragrance does not copy Naxos and Blonde Amber. This is a unique fragrance in its own right.

It starts with clearly perceptible fruits, dried fruits. You could pick out individual ones, but that wouldn't make sense. There is also this great tobacco note which is slightly smoky and really daring. The fragrance differs from the typical mass-appealing fragrances.
I think that many people also find the fragrance great, but it is simply different from the typical warm, round, ambery scents.
This one doesn't have that warm sweet base, it has more of a dark base. A dark side that is perhaps created by the cocoa and ginger. But you can't really describe it in notes, you can compare it to bass notes like in music. It has a deep satisfying perfect note as a base. This is what distinguishes it the most.

The fragrance is complex and evolving. It ends in a very clearly identifiable musk for me. Even though it is not listed, I am quite sure of it.
Animalic notes are added in the drydown, and over time it begins to resemble Musc Ravageur Eau de Parfum more and more. For me, it makes the fragrance perfect. It is exciting, complex, gourmand, deep and animalic. It speaks to everything I love and combines many of my favorite fragrances, triggering the emotions in me as only they can.

For me, this is the replacement for Naxos, Blonde Amber and Musc ravageur. It is the confidence scent that is supposed to be sweet gourmand deep. It is the fragrance that is complex but always appropriate. And it's the fragrance that doesn't smell like the others.

The puzzle that should not be solved
The first scent impressions of Nefs were extraordinary. It immediately caught my attention but did not overwhelm me. It was a fragrance impression that I could not yet imagine.
When I wore it for the first time, this composition was sacred. This mix, this blend had so many facets, everything was so beautifully combined and coordinated.
Sweet and bitter, dark and delicious, clean but also a hint of "dirty" - everything seemed perfectly balanced.
Even if it wasn't the favorite in the neighborhood, everyone commented on it as something different and special.

Every time I decided to wear the Nefs it was like magic. The scent always spread just the right amount around me. I smelled special, almost like a prince from a distant kingdom.

But the more different perfumes I tried and the more often I wore Nefs and the more time I spent with it, the more the magic faded. The mystery of the notes was slowly solved.

In the meantime, the magic has disappeared. It's a typical rose oud scent with a honey-sweetened fig. Although the blend still sounds great and is well composed, I can sniff out all the relevant details and somehow it takes away from the fragrance's appeal. The riddle of the notes has been slowly solved. Some other fragrances retain their magic for me, even if I can imagine the combination of notes very well, but not this one at all.

And I don't want to start the price debate here. For me, a fragrance in this price range is only worth it if it attracts me, if it entices me and I want to smell it from time to time. So it was definitely worth it when I found it so magical and now for the memories. But it will never be enough for a bottle. It's somehow too...
not addictive enough. You get used to this 'nose flatterer' too quickly.
