The fragrance is a discovery and is completely unjustly mobbed here.

It starts with a powdery iris- matcha tea note and gets more and more subtle and green. It's not a harsh green grass smell, but a sweet green smell that reminds me of sweet pistachio nuts. Perhaps a delicately scented matcha tea and a fluffy light pistachio biscuit lying alongside.
To me, this is what a tea house or a tea stall in the Marrakech market smells like. I don't detect any oud here, but tobacco leaves are present and these are freshly dried tobacco leaves. They give the fragrance a certain peppery and spicy.
The fragrance is perfect for the hottest days of summer, when you don't want to smell sweet and sticky at all. A super alternative to all the Aqua - or lemon fresheners in the summer.
He acts cooling and tart on the heated skin and makes the heat much more bearable!

An absolutely simple mixture: a little bitter green lemon, a little orange blossom, a splash of sweet mandarin or fruity grapefruit juice, a sea breeze, the tartness of a dry, sandy-grassy landscape, a few dark green orange tree leaves and voila!
Simple but fine!
Still, the scent is very nice, especially in the heat!
Light, fresh,tart, a little sweet, extremely refined and very elegant. Very elegant!
My review predecessors are absolutely right about Escale de Portefino- a similarity is definitely there!
The fragrance would suit both sexes well.

or Liselotte's fleeting encounter with the Chevalier de Seingalt, even better known as Giacomo Girolamo Casanova.
The year is 1754, and we find ourselves with our hero on his passage through Europe, to be more explicit, in a not unfamiliar castle in Berlin.
Liselottchen, this young quirky thing, the daughter of a count, has already been allowed to meet the Chavalier yesterday and today he has already invited her for a walk through the castle gardens. So much evident attention from the Chevalier clearly went to her head, and now she coquettes with him so freely that her bright, giggling laughter can be heard from afar. She runs in front of him, turns and spins as if dancing, flirts with him briefly, and casually lifts her wide, lace-trimmed dress a tiny bit to expose her ankles and present her new silk shoes. What else can the infamous Casanova do but look around for the servants who might be following them and start walking towards this fun-loving young lady. Who would let that pass him by?
And as it should come.... the two end up at the end of the walk, escaping the eyes of the servants, in the broom closet, where they indulge in worldly pleasures and where Liselottchen learns a few more new things from the Chevelier de Seingalt....

Now THAT is EXACTLY how this perfume smells!
It's ripped from that era. Even though velvet or leather is not listed here, I smell it out here.
It's a mix: the scent of Liselottchen's youthful skin after a fresh lavender bath, the elaborate pompous lace dress that has taken on a bit of a closet smell peppered with mothballs, the white ruffled shirt of Casanova and the rest of his wardrobe of velvety leather. But it is also the smell of the cool marble floors and the warm fire burning sweet-scented wood.
A truly exceptional fragrance...Always worth a trip back in time!

Only when to wear this fragrance?
During a visit to the castle?
At a masquerade ball?
Or at a boisterous, wicked Casanova night? Hmmm..maaaal see...

Where am I? It's so soft, so smooth, so creamy....
All movements are slowed down and grandiose...im in sweet smelling sandalwood heaven. But why do coconuts grow on sandalwood trees here???? Strange... Plus it's really weird that some coconuts are already split and soaking the trunks smoothly with their rich coconut milk. Weird...I notice the juicy green of the leaves a bit too.

here is a perfect fragrance for you! I present: DEVIOUS by ILK!
What I perceive:
At the beginning a little contradictory sour sweetness with a beautiful bitter almond note, later it becomes much smoother, cherry and liqueur in the sense of aromatic amaretto mixed with gourmand vanilla (like a warm vanilla latte macchiato with a shot of amaretto) and in the drydown it's the warmth of a whiskey.
The drydown is 1 on 1 like Kilian's "Angel share". TO MELT AWAY.....

This is the scent of serenity, confidence, enjoyment! For all those who like to switch off from the troubles of the world and enjoy the evening to the fullest! Anyway....

Beautiful on women, but definitely also on men ( to get the ladies around ;-) )
