Favorite HMNS release
fresh spicy manly scent, thats it. though i would say this one is leaning more fresh than it is spicy thanks to the bergamot being stronger than the clove notes here (and also leathery, but only a little bit and also quite synthethic) but like any other release from HMNS it suffers on the longevity, especially on the hottest of days even though thats when this perfume really shines. i would say at best it only lasts 4 hours on your skin and also the projection is just within hugging range. other than the notes above i dont smell any lavender, pear, or any floral scent safe to say those things are put on the box just for marketing purposes.

safe blind buy for freshies like me but still want to smell manly.

literally Sprite
pdm should watch out getting sued by sprite for copyright violation by how literally this just smells like sprite. at the shop i wasnt exactly convinced this was how it smells "maybe theres something wrong" but 2 extra sprays on different paper and skin i realized there wasnt anything funny going on, Sedley literally just smells like Sprite. maybe if i lied to myself a bit i can smell a hint of mint going on but it is literally just Sprite.

spl is fine but showering myself in sprite is cheaper than a bottle of this and i would smell just the same. not reccomended

Oud,mass pleaser edition
im familiar with middle eastern fragrances and they really love their oud and animalic notes, if your trying to compare the oud from this initio release to those, or if you had tried any of frederic malle's desert gems lineup. the oud is softer here

but i would still say its the loudest part in this fragrance and people WILL know the oud coming from you, but the oud here wont completely make everyone around you run away thanks to its patchouli and lavender notes softening things out resulting in this mass pleasing scent. definitely should try it on your skin first though not reccomended for a blind buy.

spl is good as expected from initio no complaints there

Blink and you'll miss it
Torino21 is one of my favorite fragrances so im very familiar with it, and that was definitely what i thought of when i first sprayed this bottle of Platine Blanc same First impression and DNA but, Platine Blanc lacks the intensity of the citrus that torino21 has and also Torino21 is intense on both the mint and citrus meanwhile on the Platine Blanc its only intense on the citrus and the mint is quite lackluster making this a citrus oriented scent compared to torino21, the Torino21 also has the tartiness of other fruits like the blackcurrant note that really combines their fruity freshy scent to another level, which this Platine Blanc also lacks, so while these two fragrances are similar the Platine Blanc is NOT a Torino21

the projection is Great! i sprayed Platine Blanc plentifully on my arms and neck and people slight beyond arms reach can smell the scent when i pass them, definitely too intense for indoor use but perfect for outdoors the one weird thing is how it dissipates though after 4 hours of use outdoors in the sweltering heat the scent suddenly just vanishes, it does not fade slowly its just... gone. by hour 5 i can almost smell it after putting my nose on my skin but even then im sure its already gone and im just convincing myself its still there, so if you want to keep smelling like this you need it to bring it around with you and thats really the only very real downside to this perfume but atleast then its still being alleviated by its relatively cheap pricetag so feel free to overspray.

Fleeting Apple
no decants exist so i had to blind buy a full bottle of this. first impression the presentation is definitely there nice double packaging box and one of the better atomizer's i have used, Alas. Lets focus on the things that actually matters the scent that is.

First spray, very sweet. the vanilla takes the main stage while the Apple note shows up a bit late and takes the backstage i would still say this is a Fresh perfume but very much leaning towards sweet theres one brilliant note that ties up the scent preventing it from becoming too cloying with the vanilla, the slight hint of clove. It is so faint it does not change the scent into a spicy leaning fragrance but is there just to tie the Apple and vanilla together. Though, personally the scent is still too sweet and woulve preferred a more prominent Apple.

the sillage and longevity is definitely dissapointing, lasted close to 3 hours on skin effectively with a scent bubble where people in hugging distance can smell it from you, but after that it just becomes skin scent where no one can smell it unless they kiss your skin

i guess you get what you pay for in this case, im just glad it costed me cheap and it is definitely a cheap fragrance.
