Not my hype
I held off on my review for a very long time because I really wanted to love the Side Effect.
It was my first in the journey of discovering the house of Initio.
I sprayed it on and enjoyed the great opening for the first few seconds.
But after a short time, this synthetic scratchy smell came into my nose...
I guess it's the Hedion which unfortunately doesn't seduce me at all as a pheromone booster.
Even for my now more experienced nose, it's a pure fragrance tree vibe, like in my parents' vintage car in the 90s.
This is not to say that the fragrance creation is bad, but in my opinion a fragrance in this price range should not have the DNA of air fresheners.
Definitely not a blind buy, test it first!

You were my very first niche fragrance in my search for an office/everyday fragrance.
And you are. Quite perfectly, in fact.
Fresh, citrusy, tart, unobtrusive but still present. Very synthetic.
But I would much rather smell you on a man than on me.
Too bad.

Straight into my gingerbread heart
This is exactly how I imagine Mr. Grinch's worst nightmare to be.
It's a beautiful evening at the Christmas market - everything smells of gingerbread, dried fruit, chocolate and roasted almonds.
The stars twinkle in the sky and the moon shines down on the glistening snow.
You're wrapped up in your scarf, standing in front of the candy stand and choosing the biggest gingerbread heart that says "Moonlight" on it.
The pre-Christmas feeling spreads through you like a pleasant wildfire.
Moonlight seems like a strange title for a gingerbread, but who cares when the scent is a 10/10.
If you are the Grinch, keep your furry hands off this - otherwise Moonlight is absolutely unisex, suitable for all ages and belongs in every Christmas fan's perfume collection!!!

Feel-good cuddly fragrance finally found!

I don't smell anything burnt here, no smoke, but warm milk, marshmallows, caramel and soft woods.
Admittedly, maybe the milk is about to burn.
For me, you are what I had hoped for from Goldfield & Banks - Silky Woods. The most beautiful feel-good fragrance ever!
Perfect for cold days, cozy Sundays and cuddling up with your loved one.
Sweet, creamy, woody, gourmand.
Gets close to the skin after 1-2 hours but stays there for a long time.

Sun protection for your pale skin

Why Nicole Kidman of all people? For me, she radiates exactly this kind of elegance and maturity.
The fragrance smells of warm sunshine, luxurious body care and linen.
I personally find it feminine and see it more on women aged 35+.
As is so often the case with Une Nuit Nomade, I feel well picked up and transported to a faraway place.
