I immediately associated it with the liqueur "Danziger Goldwasser", which I actually brought back from Gdansk. What a great idea to put this in a fragrance. I did not hesitate long and bought the opened fragrance blindly for a fair price.

Huh, looks like someone's trying to get to the superstar. The scent is similar to Tom Ford's Oud Wood, but it's more scratchy, woody. The durability doesn't quite match the OW. The bottle is made of heavy glass and looks very oriental. If you're looking for a cheaper alternative to OW, you're well served here. But it is not easy to find. The curiosity was there, but I definitely remain true to the beloved original.
