Old School, New School or anything else School has never been really relevant for me. Either I like a fragrance or after shave or not. I do not make it dependent on the year of publication. But now to the Pitralon After Shave
Top note:
Pleasantly green-fresh, subtly citric, light fruity sweetness and lavender. The focus of the top note is the green and pleasant freshness.
Heart note:
Now it becomes spicy and floral. The spice is present and also, not too strong, peppery, but remains pleasant. Roses and other floral notes round off the heart note very well and bring a successful freshness to the heart note.
Base note:
Here I smell young and old wood. Something animalistic is in the background. Leather, not too strong but distinct, emerges. Some woody moss surrounds the base note very well and brings an interesting note. Goes towards green.
My conclusion:
For an after shave quite complex and versatile. It remains very pleasant during the whole time. The sillage is not very strong, but very well perceptible. Sufficient in my opinion. In short, one perceives it very pleasantly. Durability with me about 2 hours. Maybe a bit short, but 1. sufficient for an AS mMn and 2. I prefer to have such a great scent for 2 hours instead of tens of hours or even days of a scent that is quite ok and not more.

Another blindbuy. Due to some comments here, ordered on the Internet. Did I regret the blindbuy ? To the smell ...
Top note:
Velvety roses, strong and expressive.
The fragrance is already quite strong and dominant in the top note.
Heart note:
The roses are accompanied by piquant wood notes. These are also quite present and strong. The wood is smoky in a pleasant sense. Not burnt.
Base:
The fragrance remains strong and powerful. Incredible. Oud, finest kind, strong musk and rough, strong leather form the basis. Oud smells very natural, the leather reminds me of old leather furniture.
My conclusion:
An exceptional, powerful, versatile fragrance. I wear it on cooler days in my free time. It would be too strong for work, for example in the office. The sillage/radiation is really strong. Durability enormous, even after 10 hours I can still smell it. Unbelievable. It is worth testing mMn if you like angular and dominant scents.

I have wanted to test this after shave for a long time. Then I ordered it on the Internet (Amazon). 100ml for almost 8 Euro. How good is it ? Here we go.
Top note:
Quite present citrus note with spicy ginger. Focus on freshness. Spice not too strong, rather piquant.
Heart note:
Somewhat green/woody with piquant pepper. Woody note rather subtle, but quite spicy
Base:
Lightly smoked wood, moss and patchouli. Smoke mild and pleasant. Moss after light rain. Patchouli rounds off.
My conclusion:
From the smell I find this after shave quite good. It is pleasant and not intrusive. After applying it, I find it somewhat cooling and quite refreshing. Refreshing like a good Eau de Cologne. I will rather use it in summer. Durability, after 1 hour discreet, after 2 hours gone.

Oriental fragrances have always been very exciting for me. I became attentive to these on Amazon. After the comments here I wanted to try it out and dared the blindbuy. Did I regret it ?
Top note: Rather sweet rose with a touch of citrus/orange. Rose not heavy. Citrus note rather discreet, makes the top note somewhat fresher and balances the sweetness well.
Heart note:
Myrrh makes itself felt, does not dominate too much. The fragrance becomes slightly spicier and the sweetness decreases a bit. All in all the scent becomes more discreet.
Base:
Here the fragrance becomes woody, underscored by musk. Vanilla, more in the background and subtle.
My conclusion:
There are already very good oriental fragrances on the market. This scent is quite good in the top note ... but unfortunately it decreases from the heart note on, but it becomes quite discreet. If the fragrance would be completely as present/strong as in the top note, it could have been a great and great fragrance, it remains for me good mediocrity. Of course you should also consider the price. I paid about 4,20 Euro for 100ml. Very good PLV. I think you can't complain about that. I will wear it on cooler days in my free time. Durability, unfortunately after a good 4-5 hours end

This EdC I ordered ald blindbuy. Did I regret it ?
Top note:
Very fresh citric notes, pleasant and balanced. Mint, well integrated and not too dominant. Freshness clearly in the foreground.
Heart note:
Very beautiful lavender note, elegant and fine, with wonderful vetiver. Very harmonious. The freshness remains pleasantly there.
Base:
A moss note becomes quite present here, without becoming obtrusive or unpleasant. Amber supports the base very well. The freshness weakens slightly, but remains present. The scent becomes a bit more piquant.
My conclusion: there are already good to very good representatives in the Eau de Cologne sector. Aspen EdC is already something special for me. Why is that ? The fragrance is very good, also in development. It is very pleasant, wonderfully balanced, noble and elegant. This EdC is special for me, in a positive sense, you could offer EdC as a niche. They say no rose without thorns. Here the thorns are the durability. After about 4 hours is unfortunately! End. On the positive side, you could also say that 4 hours is a really great scent. Apparently it is no longer produced. I would like to ask the manufacturer why ???
