This starts with a strong blast of natural, juicy peach. The osmanthus joins adding to the stone fruit vibe and the jasmine is not overtly present but adds a complexity to this peachy floral melange. The base notes quickly join making this an almost linear fragrance. Linear is great when the amalgamation of notes is so successful. The suede and amber make this a more grown up fragrance than just peach, stone fruit florals are tempered by warm amber and seductive suede.

This is unisex but suits bold personalities, hedonistic folks, and those happy to endure a compliment

My first sniff of Salted Green Mango was on paper, and the sharp salt note was prominent to the point of overwhelm. This was a cool April day and I was not inspired to test on skin right away.

A few months later, during the summer heat, I decided to revisit on skin and Wow I'm so glad I did. This fragrance does start with a with an almost crystalline blast of salt but that softens into a juicy but not sweet ever so slightly funky mango scent. I can sense the other notes working to round out the unripened fruit, and can pick out just a bit of the delightful chili note. As time goes on the blend becomes more harmonious, and you're left with a soft yet assertive juicy citrus floral.

This is a banger for hot weather and my easy reach during a heat wave

This nice aquatic blend brings to mind the Puget Sound near Seattle- a large, still, part salt part fresh body of water that is dark and deep.

I love the salty seaweed and driftwood and am often drawn to an ambergris base. Unfortunately, the ozone and oak moss combo gives it a round, rubbery sense that doesn't work for me.

I think this is the scent for a cozy beach cabin, coastal grandmother vibe, or a rainy autumn storm. Moody and mysterious.

Wow I love this scent!

In my search for fragrances with a sense of place I have found my favorite so far. This scent was inspired by Bainbridge island, just a ferry ride from Seattle. It opens with a burst of grapefruit that gets tempered with bright, fresh rose and the warmth of cut grass drying out in the sun. It settles into a lightly resinous woody base that still retains some of the juicy qualities of the opening.

Projection and sillage are average, but I smell so good I keep making friends sniff my wrist so everyone can experience this. Purchased as part of a sampler pack, but absolutely full bottle worthy. This is my favorite sample but I have enjoyed most scents from this house. Next time I have a visitor from the US I’m asking them to bring a bottle of this to me.

I love The Taliaferro, a black owned brand out of the US. Prices are great, $25 for a 10mL travel size, so I made some blind buys.

This scent starts with a bergamot blast, which settles into a beautifully blended mostly linear scent. The combination of bergamot with bright red currant and tea is definitely sexy but not a projection beast. This scent invites the person you're conversing with to lean closer.

I wore this to a wedding when I wanted to turn heads and I'd say it worked. This is giving main character energy vibes, especially strong for summer.
