Hello! I just made this group on a whim. I'm not sure if promoting it in the forums is against site rules so I haven't done that. I'm hoping people in the region will discover the group and we can all centralize here :)
It seems like Parfumo is only against self-promotion or third-party/ad promotions. This is their policy:
"Spam / Advertising / Promotion Publishing any kind of advertisement or other unsolicited materials (spam) is not acceptable. Self-promotion and/or 3rd party promotion of any kind, including social media handles is not acceptable. Exception: It is permissible to publish special offers or vouchers from which the users of our community can profit. Example: You get a 25% discount at Essenza-Nobile with the code 'ParfumoRocks'."
I think it would be just fine to plug this in the forums! I'd love to talk with other Midwesterners too! :)
there's people joining i think! though there's more specific midwest groups that are more active. i started a St. Louis one that's decently active. i know there's KC and Chicago ones too
