91% Isopropyl Alcohol for Cologne.

91% Isopropyl Alcohol for Cologne. 1 year ago

I bought 91% isopropyl alcohol and mixed in gardenia fragrance oil and bergamot essential oil. I do smell the alcohol first, very strong, but does leave after about 3 or 4 minutes. Is there a way to neutralize the alcohol without effecting the oils? I'm a complete beginner, but I do have an unopened bottle of perfumers alcohol. Abviously the 91% iso is a lot cheaper which is why I'm researching this. To sell as a product should I just throw out the 91% iso alc and just stick with the perfumers alcohol?  Thanks in advance.

You can use your iso for cleaning but don't use it for perfume . I assume it contains additives for denaturing . That's why it stinks . Go for the perfumers alcohol, which is likely ethanol without additives.
