does a good carrot perfume exist?

full disclosure, i am making this forum post after trying Pearfat's Rabbit Rabbit and being pretty disappointed. i was expecting a spice-forward juicy carrot that dries down into a galangal barley, but the juniper pulls SO soapy on me that i hardly get any notes beyond that and the barley. i was at least expecting some kind of carrot note but it just gets totally buried. i love the opening so much, it's really extremely fucking unfortunate how quickly it fades - the apricot does so much to carry the vibe of spiced carrot.

so before i bought this sample, i searched high and low (mostly on parfumo) for some kind of carrot fragrance that fits a sweet-and-spicy profile without being straight up carrot cake or carrot ice cream or carrot dessert whatever. i really would not mind a LITTLE bit of sweet carrot gourmand if the carrot note was really prominent. honestly what i was thinking of is a carrot with maybe turmeric, pepper, brown sugar, and maybe just a touch of ginger... but i havent been able to find anything close.

honestly part of me wonders if a carrot fragrance is even real? how is this not something that i can find? carrot and spices with a little touch of sweetness sounds so perfect, but i just can't find anything like that. i've seen a lot of carrot *seed* fragrances, but having had no experience with that note, i have no way to know if that's what i'm looking for or not.

should i give up?

do you know of any carrot fragrances that actually smell like carrot, and not just on the opening?

is there some other note similar to the smell of a sweet but vegetal carrot that i should consider?

should i just try a carrot cake fragrance and hope for the best?

Carrot cake: IV-I Lost Alice

Les Jardins Français - Patate Douce des Caraïbes et Carotte d'Afghanistan (THIS! The lotion is great, too)

Encore (the sandalwood is the star here; the carrot seed is in the background, but noticeable)

I own a bottle of IV-I Lost Alice and it is citrus tea / sandalwood-forward, to my nose. Still sample-worthy. Great scent.

Sonic Flower - I really like this one personally.

Iris can also smell very "carrot-like". I think iris Iris Rebelle actually smells a lot like carrot, even though it doesn't contain any.

You can add Buio to the list.

Sweet, earthy carrot skin supported by smoky, leathery notes.

Probably the most masculine suggestion, but I daresay the closest one in terms of the actual juicy earthiness of carrot.

im sitting my ass down and listening (i appreciate the recs everyone, Les Jardins Français - Patate Douce des Caraïbes et Carotte d'Afghanistan, Sonic Flower, and Iris Rebelle are now on my list!!! funny enough, i had IV-I Lost Alice on my list already but more because i was under the impression it was an english breakfast tea frag haha
