im obsessed with banana milk coffee. what next?

i was able to get a 2mL sample of Banana Milk Coffee about a month ago, and i've painfully and obsessively gone through the entire thing. it's such an insanely yummy banana opening, not banana laffy taffy or banana runtz or banana pudding, but a perfect banana milk. the coffee co2 is a lovely sweet cloud of creamed coffee and coffee air (when you squeeze a bag of coffee). i have never had a pot marigold frag before, but there is a delicate bright and fresh floral note that i suspect is the marigold, and what's funny is that i feel like it really carries the banana note a little further down the pyramid, if only gently.

so now of course i'm obsessed. i don't really have the budget for a full size of banana milk coffee (though it is on my wishlist.... cough cough....), so i've been searching for about a month for a banana frag to try. there are some promising contenders - Cocco Bello, Cocoyster Bananita, Sweet Tani to name a few i have my eye on. there are some that i thought might be interesting, Banana Split and some others i cant remember, but parfumo reviewers say the banana note is fleeting or that sillage is low. i feel like i might be asking for too much from fragrance science, but i want the longest lasting sweet banana note, and i want the sillage to be at bare minimum more than just a gentle skin scent.

do you have a banana frag you like a lot? if it's on scentsplit please let me know since i have two samples in my cart rn....

side note, some bananas im very interested in but cant find decants or samples of, NanasBanane au Chocolat

Blackburn's Parlor Perfume would be my recommendation. Banana split with a good heap of vanilla, but banana is the star. The perfume oil is fairly inexpensive and doesn’t project much further than the application point, it might just be what you’re looking for

If you stumble across a bottle of Dua Brand's Dirty Banana, give it a try! It's a milky banana in the dry-down (ignore the "banana candy"-like opening, it goes away quickly). Dua Brand is also more affordable than KST Scents 😀

But my personal favorite banana perfume is Klubwasser by WienerBlut 💚 Have you ever peeled a green banana? That's the exact smell. I am obsessed with it!

My second beloved banana frag is Sarah Baker's Jungle Jezebel, it is loud, in your face, synthetic banana (as expected from Miguel Matos' perfume that is inspired by Divine). I highly doubt it's what you're looking for, though 🤣

As for Sweet Tani... I love Prin and his creations but this one had zero banana on me, just the coconut and the other nuts, so I personally would not recommend it if you're looking for a banana smell

im shocked to hear sweet tani is missing banana 😰 though i guess i forgot that i've seen some other people say that. i appreciate the recommendations! klubwasser seems like the best bet and i'll be adding that to my list 👏

For banana milk I would recommend Eclaire Banoffi; it's inexpensive. It could be layered with coffee fragrances like Coffee Addict.
