Noir Extreme vs Noir Extreme Parfum

Is it Really redundant to own both the OG and the Parfum? I own both Givenchy Gentleman EDP and Reserve Prive. People say they're redundant to own but I still can pick up differences and use them for different occasions. I love Noir Extreme and with the addition of leather in the Parfum it sounds like something worth being in my collection.
