Beeswax is my current obsession, I just can't get enough of it.
I want the stuff that smells like the inside of a hive. Propolis, a bit of funk, that slightly animalic honey thing going on.
I've been through a few already but I feel like I'm barely scratching the surface. What are your favorites?
Tell the Bees (but it is also smoky, just fyi)
Slowdive (smells like a waxy honeycomb, imo)
Vesta (more animalic because of oud, has a propolis note)
Bee could be an option, too
To me this smells like everything that comes from honey bees all in one. The flowers they get the pollen from,the comb/wax, sweet honey and a little bit of what I expect a beekeeper bees box to smell like.
It actually comes from the flowers that the house grows themselves including mostly lavender and other wildflowers from a Scottish indie house. We went for a tour. It was awesome.
I have quite a few because I love beeswax.
