...The notes I love are the ones that seem to do well on my skin: spicesn incense and rose. I also adore a good oud and always get compliments when I wear these notes.I am not advanced enough to know which notes don't work with my skin.

...Sorry to hear that, the closest I've come is a burning from the alcohol when I sprayed a perfume. That eventually goes away without leaving anything on the skin. I don't even know why you would get a rash, because of the ingredients or the alcohol?

...I love Caron. Their stuff is so long-lasting, as you said. My favorites are of course Tabac Blond and Poivre. Parfum Sacree and Nuit de Noel are good but there is something in them that does not come out well on me. From the more recent releases, their Oud is too medicinal for me and Delire de Roses was just nice.

...Note Vanille by Micaillef is back in stock at Luckyscent. I have not found my perfect vanilla: I like it cozy, boozy and maybe creamy and spicy. The boozy is the most important.What should I get, Note Vanille or Spiritueuse Double Vanille?

...I've found a shop locally that sells D.S. Durga so I was able to sample some scents in person with large testers instead of small dabbers. Surprisingly, the only one I liked was Sir. I don't remember liking it when I first tested it. It is rich, ambery, dark and herbal. I will come back to it a few times and if it lasts, I will definitely get it.

Perhaps it is as you said: Fragrantica wants to be at the top of the search list (and they currently are) when it comes to perfume reviews so they have to abide by Google policies. I am just assuming that Google requires family-friendly content to be at the top of searches. But still, it does not make sense all the way. Like you said, there are all kinds of images on google images that are not appropriate for everyone. As far as perfume images and ads, I would like to see more on this site because I love perfume bottles and photos of them. I don't mean in the sense of advertising to the users but more of an artistic inspiration (members here have wonderful self-taken photos).

...Most of the Bond No. 9 perfumes. Garish bottles, mediocre scents.With a few exceptions - "Bond No. 9 Perfume" "Madison Square Park" "Fire Island" "New Harleem:986eabf162]Bond is awful and I really did not get the whole Puredistance concept. Nothing smelled good to me and the price is probably the most outrageous I've seen.Creed is not that great honestly and Roja Dove, though I've only sampled a few, is just not worth it.

...Their perfumes come with photos of the advertising campaigns and those can be racy (do you remember the old Opium ad with Sophie Dahl?)

...Definitely Winter Delice. Tiare Mimosa was excellent as well. Very beautiful for Spring.

...I love his Incense Rose and Lonestar Memories. I bet I would love Rose Flash but I wonder if it smells like Une Rose de Kandahar which I already have.
