...I'm not as adventurous with my perfumes but I layer my perfumes with scented lotions, which is the same principle. One of my favorite combos was Embrace - Rose Buds and Vanilla Eau de Toilette lotion with Les Élixirs Charnels - Gourmand Coquin. It's delightful!

...I felt this way about Not a Perfume Eau de Parfum and all other JHAG fragrances I've tried. There's something off-putting about their offerings. I dont know what it is but the dislike is strong.

...Ummm, I'd say your request is crazy except people are often looking for perfumes that smell of a doll's head (I'm guilty—Black Pearls Eau de Parfum is the ultimate plastic dolly scent in my collection). And as you said I’m also very tired of the scent itself. I’d recommend something yet fruity different from sauvage like Lamar by Kajal. You are certainly not alone. I liked it when it was first released but I smelled it everywhere. At every bar and nightclub, at the bank, in every store... Olfactory fatigue would be an understatement. I'm so over it now.

...I had My Voyage long ago. It smelled lovely but it was fleeting so I swapped it away. I think longevity is flawed with regards to Nautica fragrances.

...I'm obsessed with getting my hands on L'Homme Idéal Eau de Parfum. I have L'Instant de Guerlain pour Homme Eau de Parfum, which is one of my favorite chocolate patchouli scents. Au Masculin Eau de Toilette, Blue Sugar, Vetiver Eau de Toilette and Habit Rouge Eau de Toilette are personal favorites.

...Oh gosh, it's been ages since I sniffed it in its original form. I had a flashback when I picked up Vanilla Musk. The opening took me back to the Body Shop's Vanilla oil but the drydown is different. If you enjoy clean white musk then this is the one to try. Just know it is close (to my nose) but no cigar.

...I get a strong banana taffy note from Fleurs des Caraïbes, likely from the ylang ylang. I am addicted to that banana candy scent but I know it can be very polarizing.

...How exciting! I think finding a perfume to celebrate your move is wonderful. Consider Bergamot, Jasmine & Labdanum (or anything, really) from Dame Perfumery Scottsdale. It's a superb indie/niche house that offers affordable high quality scents.

...I must confess, I haven't tried Sérénade aux Fraises but I've yet to find a Kyse Perfume fragrance I didn't enjoy. A 60ml bottle will set you back $61, which, compared to Fraaagola Saalaaata (100ml at $160), is a steal. There was something about Fraaagola Saalaaata I found lackluster. Not bad, just not quite up to the hype. I'm going to throw out another suggestion that isn't available at this point in time. Cheat Day is one of my favorite strawberries-and-more scents. It reminds me a lot of Rebelle Eau de Parfum but with authentic ingredients (by the way, Rebelle Eau de Parfum isn't a bad strawberry but I found it too artificial for my taste). Presently, it's not for available on Ganache's website but knowing Jarek, the perfumer, it will be at some point soon. He's rolled out some oldies-but-goodies already; the reintroduction of Cheat Day is only a matter of time. The most expensive bottle is 100ml at $85. I think he sells the classics for remarkably less. Last but not least there's always Strawberry Eau de Toilette, a simple, affordable strawberry. I prefer wearing the body butter over the edt but it will do in a pinch.Best of luck in your search! Let us know what you find. :)
