...Pink/Rosa Dove bar. I have noticed differences depending on from where it’s imported (to America). The ones from Mexico smelling noticeably more of just rose water. The one from Canada or Germany smelling more of a creamier bouquet, with roses. I prefer the latter. The closest perfume I’ve found is Camille (Beckman). The other is Neutrogena body oil, the original. I don’t know if it’s made anymore. It was a pure orange blossom scent. Loved the smell, but it broke me out. Luckily, there are several perfumes that recreate that aroma.

...A couple absolute favorites come to mind-Verte Violette. I was hunting for a very green voilette specifically when I first sampled. Didn’t find it green or bitter enough. Later, bored and just retrying samples, realized what a lovely scent it was in its own right. Quelques Fleurs l’original. This didn’t take month or years- more like 10 minutes. First spray, I was taken aback and annoyed. Way too strong, sharp, “perfumey”. On my skin, 10 minutes later and my nose was glued to my wrist. 

...Mood. I try to do seasonal rotation but never am able to stick to it. Mood overrules every time. 

...L’Artisan Fleur d’Oranger. It was always limited edition, but at the time I didn’t know how much I’d come to love orange flower. Since then, I’ve bought many neroli/orange blossom perfumes, but that one was perfection. 

...DieNaseYou may try Azurēe as well. I find it less green though. And it is a hairy chest kind of perfume although it is marketed to women.Less green but definitely has an herbal accord that could fit the bill.Not modern, and haven’t smelled Derby, but I suggest Aramis Devin.Have you tried Quorum? Might like it. Also, the modern edp of Cabochard is greener than past variations I’ve had.

...I agrée with the other poster that you seem to not like the heaviness of ambers, floral amber, aka, orientals; that’s the fragrance family they fall into. Most, have a big vanillic accord as the main profile. All the ones in the mentioned in the OP are those types. There are very few in that family I enjoy on myself as well. For the same reason. They are too dense for me.I suggest you explore other fragrance families. Citrus/cologne, woody, aquatics, etcAlso, yes, it’s possible scents you wore years ago have been reformulated.
