... Ringtale The word 'old' in 'old money' doesn't refer to age but to the source of the money/belongings (by offspring, inheritance etc.), so someone with 'old money' is not necessarily 'mature'. There are a lot of rich young people with either old or new money and if they should think they would be the only ones entitled to wear a certain perfume because of that, they may be rich, but are certainly not sophisticated :-) Wear whatever you like/love and don't bother about scent profiles people give to certain perfumes, those are purely subjective. Hope this helps :-) So one doesn't have to be rich/wealthy to wear this kind of scent?

Who's Green Irish Tweed for?

... I know this scent is iconic and popular but I may have a question that may ruffle some feathers. Do you have to be rich to wear this fragrance? I'm on the fence of owning this scent cuz that's the impression I'm getting when other fragrance enthusiasts say it smells like old money which leads me to believe it's overly mature smelling.

Carlisle or Oajan?

... I'm torn between these two popular PDM fragrances. Carlisle Parfums de Marly Oajan Parfums de Marly I've read and been told that both smell or have an apple pie vibe but which is more dark and seductive? Like if Christian Bale's Bruce Wayne wore one of these two which he wear?

Best aquatic And versatile fragrances for men

... I decided to scrap the idea of adding Green Irish Tweed to my collection cuz it comes across too mature for my nose. Can anyone recommend good aquatic but still wearable at least mostly year round with the overall same quality as GIT? Less than $200 range and cheapies if possible. Thank you. :)

... I'm a proud owner of both Dior Homme Parfum and Ombre Leather Parfum. I'll be getting Noir Extreme Parfum in the future and I'm looking for something with the same aesthetic in terms of both the scent and the bottle. I also own Guerlain L'Homme Ideal EDP which is why I'm thinking of getting the Parfum in the future too unless if anyone can recommend a fairly cheaper alternative.

... Can anyone recommend me some good sweet- leathery fragrances for men. Something along the lines of Stronger With You Leather or Guerlain L'Homme Ideal Parfum. Preferably around the $100 - $200 range and nothing discontinued. Thank you. :)

Noir Extreme vs Noir Extreme Parfum

... I'm new to Parfumo and need honest opinions. Is it Really redundant to own both Noir Extreme and the Parfum. People say it's redundant to own both Givenchy Gentleman EDP and the Reserve Prive but my nose can pick up a difference between them and use them on different occasions. I love Noir Extreme and with the addition of leather added to the Parfum it looks like something I'd love to.

... Is it Really redundant to own both the OG and the Parfum? I own both Givenchy Gentleman EDP and Reserve Prive. People say they're redundant to own but I still can pick up differences and use them for different occasions. I love Noir Extreme and with the addition of leather in the Parfum it sounds like something worth being in my collection.
