Peppery seaweed, mineralic resins, dusty musks and woods.
After an initial burst of peppery dry dusty green tea, it softens with an almost fuzzy musk and becomes solemn and still.
It reminds me of a church on a foggy northeast coast with soft, lingering incense and burnished wooden pews. A seaweedy ocean breeze threads throughout most of the composition - I can almost hear the waves and seagulls. Myrrh gives a bitter, almost metallic edge that evokes stone walls and craggy rock.
There's a very beautiful furry/fruity musk that gently wraps around the heart and base, adding a slightly animalic, lived-in feel like wool sweaters or an unmade bed.
