death of the bambi fawn girl
imagery: you're hunting a deer-girl hybrid. when you catch her you get some milk first--salty and sweet. then you take her home, skin her hide til the musky smell of her fills the room and you cook her flesh in a buttery salty/sweet concoction until she's nice and caramelized. her head is mounted on the wall.
review: leans more gourmand than i normally reach for but not a negative at all. this as purchased as a 5ml vial which is the only size available. straight out of the bottle its very buttery. and applied to the skin it transforms a lot throughout the day. i don't say lactonic or creamy because that misrepresents what i smell bc of what those descriptors normally mean in perfume. it smells like butter. it salty, a little fatty, savory with sweetness layered over top. it's like salted butter thats had sugar folded in. but as time goes it develops it's muskiness. its musky in a way very similar to be my cookie by btso. i'd file this under an animalic gourmand in all honesty. i really enjoyed how it wasnt straight up sweet but had some fun nuances at play. the imagery is all fun and games but i do think there is a slight strangeness from the fatty/buttery qualities. i will say it gets a bit drier scent wise on the drydown which may evoke a salty butter cookie to the mind?
