Growing up, I attended church quite frequently. Just about every Sunday. I used to love seeing the ladies with the candy who called me "Shuga". Used to tell me how handsome I was. Then there were the men of the church. Dressed in their Sunday's best. Suits starched, pressed and creased. Shoes polished, faces shaved, mustaches and beards very neatly trimmed, hair freshly cut. Every Sunday these gentlemen commanded and demanded respect. Spirito pays homage to these men. The "Mister" of the past. (Not the Mister from the movie "The Color Purple,") The man whom you wouldn't dare cross nor disrespect. The man's man. Strong grip with his handshake, eye contact, deep voice, direct. Spirito is not your sweet Invictus-y new millennium fragrance. I'm fact, there's nothing sweet about it at all. This is an unapologetic woody, spicy, green fougere. Would've beaten out Drakkar Noir Eau de Toilette in the 80s easy! Very very high quality. This fragrance speaks to me. It demands masculinity at it's peak. This is not made for the weakest of men. You can't smell like this and be soft. Mr. Spirito is a classic fragrance made to be timeless. The very definition of timeless masculinity.
