Layton by Parfums de Marly. The fragrance that comes to mind when you want to enter the world of niche. The interplay of the apple at the beginning, the flowers, and vanilla leaves nothing to be desired. I finally got Layton a few weeks ago, and every time I wear it, I am more certain that this is simply THE fragrance a man can wear. A scent that can be worn at any time and for any occasion, even though many opinions say it is more autumn/winter oriented. I can say that it is simply perfect during those times, but I will definitely wear it for occasions in the summer because I just can't get enough of this fragrance. It is very well received by everyone, and there are surely few people who do not like this scent. Especially among women, the fragrance is very well received, and apparently among men as well (See number 1 ranking). For anyone who wants to get this fragrance, I say, go for it and get it while you can. It will always remain a niche fragrance and not be widely detectable at every corner. Even after the reformulation, the fragrance in terms of sillage and longevity is still a beast (at least for me), and one can only say that it is probably the perfect fragrance for anyone who wants to please and make a good impression.
